We might use them but we haven't decided yet. As far as I can tell, the price seems very good.

It went very well. They responded quickly and did a very good job fixing the crack.

I though the whole process was very positive. Dave came to our house gave us the estimate, they began the project within 2 weeks and completed the job in one day. The space looks great, they cleaned up after themselves and followed up to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend Jamison!!

This project began as a simple re-stucco of a badly cracked stucco over plywood chimney. Unfortunately the plywood had rotted under the stucco which required a rebuild of the chimney itself before the stucco. We initially retained Jamison to do the stucco. but they ended up rebuilding the chimney as well. The project rep, Mike Markey, gave us the initial estimate and followed the project through to completion. Mike presented a great image for the company both in his knowledge and his customer service. We are very happy with the work and based on our experience we are going back to Jamison for estimates for further work.

Apart from submitting an estimate for work I had made clear I did not want unless necessary the reps were prompt and polite.

Mario from Jamison Masonry came out to the property to give estimates on two projects. He was very knowledgeable on the repairs and included a discount for being an Angie's List member. I decided to proceed with the first project and will likely do the second project in the spring to space out the repairs. Mario and Kevin showed up at the property on time in the morning and both foundation cracks were injected by the time I got home in the late afternoon after work. The areas around the cracks were clean, without any project debris, and the injection and coating job were done very well (much better than the previous jobs on the foundation prior to me taking ownership of the property). I gave Jamison Masonry a "B" on price because they weren't the cheapest bid, but they weren't the highest either. The cheapest bid wanted to patch it with water-tight concrete which eventually just cracks again, but Jamison was going to use epoxy hydro-foam that expands/contracts with the concrete during the temperature changes. Mario explained the differences and why epoxy foam is the better way to go for long term waterproofing. Besides the method of repairs, I've also come to learn that going with the lowest bid is never a good idea as whenever there is an issue with a repair the lowest bidder that you went with will rarely return phone calls or make an effort to fix their bad work (speaking from experience). When the crack had to be re-injected a few months later, getting Jamison to come back out to fix it was very easy. Unlike other contractors who won't return your phone calls if there is an issue with their work, Mario responded via email within 1 day and had someone out the very next week. So in conclusion - you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to home repairs. I used them again for some concrete step repair in a separate work order which I will submit a separate review for, and I hope to use them again for brick re-pointing in the Spring.

I sent a photo of the broken concrete step corner to Mario for a repair estimate. He responded within a day with an estimate. The estimate was reasonable for the work that was to be performed. On the scheduled day of the work order, Mario showed up in the morning on time to let me know that the repair will likely be delayed until the following week as it had just started raining and would be raining later in the afternoon. I came to find out that my cell phone # wasn't on the work order hence why he didn't call me in the morning to cancel. Despite not having my phone number, he still came to the property to let me know it was being rescheduled. Most contractors wouldn't even bother to show up in a similar situation (I've had that happen several times!). Jamison returned 3 days later to perform the repair when the weather was better. Besides just repairing the broken concrete step corner, they went above and beyond (at no extra cost) and repaired the exterior concrete basement window sill with new concrete in order to help seal and waterproof the basement in around that area. Many contractors will only do the minimal amount of work to satisfy the contract - Jamison went above and beyond to ensure that not only was the step repaired but the adjacent concrete basement window sill was repaired and sealed as well. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I hope to use them for brick re-pointing in the spring.

Jamison's guys were polite, punctual and tidied up after themselves, leaving the room as neat as it was before they started what could have been a VERY messy/dusty job.

It turned out really well. The first company came out and did a poor job, so I had Jamison Home Services come out and fix it all. I didn't have any problems with them. They cleaned up after themselves.

I contacted Jamison to receive an evaluation for brick work around the windows at the front of my house. Even though I'm on the edge of their service area, they were still able to send out an estimator and were extremely courteous and helpful. The estimator showed up on time and was also very courteous and informative. Thankfully, I didn't end up needing work, but I would have hired them in a moment. I will definitely keep their information for any future issues. They are a great company who really understand how to deliver excellent customer service.

I didn't particularly care for the work done by Jamison Home Services, LLC for the patio. The repair work doesn't look like it was done right because it's not smooth and puddles a little bit in that area. I wouldn't recommend Jamison Home Services, LLC.

Received quote from this company. Sales person was highly professional and responed quickly to my request for quote. Did not use as I had a better price from anothe company.

They came and gave me an estimate. They were very nice. They came in in September or October right before I got the cold. I had just moved into that house and I just wanted to make sure that the fireplace was safe. They were on time. They were friendly. I made a call one day and they were there the next day. They were very much on time.

It went really. They were on time and finished within the timeframe that they gave.

Jamison Home Services, LLC came when they told me they said they would. The only thing that they didn't do which they should have, is that when they left from here, they said that we should get our chimney water proofed and that they would send me a quote on that. I called them back to let me know the cost, but they didn't get back to me. I don't know maybe it is better than them trying to sell me something that I need but I expected them to be more on top of things. I would use them again. My wife was here when they came and they were professional.

I contacted the company, they came out for an estimate, and performed the work exactly as communicated, on time and on budget. The job was done perfectly, the immediate area was left as clean as it was before they arrived, and I was very pleased with their service.

It was a lot of work and the experience was good; they did an excellent job. Everything was cleaned up nice and I could not have been happier; they provided great quality.

They were very professional. They were timely on their responses. A friendly and professional person came out to give me the estimate and look at the problem. It was good feedback and follow up. I am still getting competitive estimates so I haven't decided yet.

We started looking for someone to waterproof our basement in September of 2012. I knew almost from the day that Dave Rantanen of Jamison walked into my home to give us an estimate, that this was the company that we would hire to do the work. He listened to what I wanted, and made some very sound suggestions as to what they could do to resolve our water problems once and for all. He did not call me daily after his visit to see when they could start working, like all of the other five companies that gave us estimates did. He also did not call me back and keep lowering the price and tell me how fast they could get the work done. In fact, he did not give me the lowest price. Instead, he gave me the confidence that the work would be done correctly and would take three days to complete. We had planned to do the work in October, but due to my illness at that time, we were forced to push this project back to later in the year. When I asked Dave if it would be possible for his company to do the work over the Christmas holidays he was happy to accomadate us. This was not the time of year that we had invisioned this project taking place, and honestly we approached it with some apprehension. However, the crew that came to do the work was Steve and Ken, who were very professional and courteous, and took a great deal of precautions to protect our home. They also, communicated very well with us, as to what work they would be doing that particular day and were happy to answer any questions. I had told Dave just prior to the start of the work that I felt that our basement steps would need to be replaced. He told me that he knew someone that could replace the steps for us, and had the contractor stop and give me an estimate. I was surprised that it was much cheaper then I expected, and the finished steps were exactly what I wanted. While the crew was working, they pointed out to me that the basement windows were leaking air pretty badly, and let me know that they also did basement windows. Honestly, I was so concerned about the basement leaking water, that the windows had never entered my mind. Again, Dave gave me an estimate for the windows, which I felt was very reasonable, and we scheduled the windows to be done a few weeks later. The work they did was outstanding, this is a totally different room now. They installed a complete drainage system with a sump pump, window well drains, dehumidifier, back up battery, full vapor barrier on the walls, four windows, and they took care of the steps. This is now a room that we can use and not be afraid of water damage to the appliances or the things that we store there . All I have to say is HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! You won't be sorry that you did!

They ordered the wrong part twice so they kept having to come back. After two or three tries, they got the right chimney part and installed it. It was not timely but it was not urgent so it was okay. They got it done. They were persistent and they did do a good job. They were the most reasonable of the people we had out for price.

Had some cracks in the stucco of my side walls. Came out quickly to give me an estimate - got the estimate back to me quickly. The work went very smoothly. No complaints. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly.

I have no further comments.

They were very professional even on the scheduling process. They gave me information on little things like who the estimator was and ensuring that I will see him in a car with their name on the car to know that it's him. Tips on choosing the right contractor. They also gave me tips on verify licensing, homework, and what to be sure about. They were punctual as well.

The service went very well. They were excellent! The guys were friendly, respectful, and cleaned up their mess. The first time they pointed a chimney they did such a good job we called them back for them to complete the other one.

Dave from Jamison was very responsive from the very first call. He came out to assess the space and the work needs and submitted a proposal on the same week as the first visit. Other staff at Jamison were very responsive as well. They were all available by phone and email. The crew that installed the sump pump and drain system was very professional. They started work on the agreed day and finished the work on time. They cleaned up everything after they finished.
