The man knows his way around gas. Had two issues; the fireplace would not start and the large BBQ had not been run in 8 years! He cleaned and fixed both and got them both running without a hitch! Thanks!

I emailed Jan 5th inquiring whether my fireplace could be repaired and received a quick reply. However, communications fell through when I was trying to make arrangements to meet. I called a couple weeks later and never got a call back. Very disappointing.

He did a thorough evaluation of my fireplace and solved the problem with only charging me a standard service charge . I am a new loyal customer. Brendan was on time and professional. He was very neat and organized as he serviced my fireplace. I had not planned to add a remote control but when I asked Brendan he was prepared with a remote control in the truck and was able to install it without an issue . Contacted Brendan about having a gas line installed in my fireplace for a set of gas logs. Brendan stopped by and looked into what was involved with the install. He gave me a fair price for the work needed and we scheduled the work for later in the week. On the install day he showed up promptly and went right to work. It was clear that Brendan knew his stuff and a few hours later my logs were working and looking good. I was shown the work that had been done, then given a thorough lesson on how to operate the gas logs along with how to maintenance them. Brendan was professional, polite and easy going.
