Work was done quickly and professionally. Only issue was the cable was cut and I had to have it replaced and repaired. Catalfano did offer to pay for it when I initially told him, however since the repairs cost less than $100, I didn't pursue it. The cost of replacing my roof exceeded the coupon amount, but I recognized there was additional work necessary as it was an original roof that required plywood be installed, thus exceeding the coupon amount. Overall, they were professional and quick and the roof looks amazing. I would use them again.

After contacting roofer in early November he was able to get one day's work in early December replacing tiles and gutter on one side of the front roof. He did not return until about mid-April to finish the other side and do the additional work (about 2 more days). This was the worst winter in decades but there were days in the Spring when work could have been done. Yes, it rained a lot too. I do not expect anyone to risk their life or even work outdoors in harsh conditions. Pointers came in early April to repair my brick walls so that caused three days delay. The roofer finished in late April, save for installing some tiles I had to order from the manufacturer To their credit, they came back (after they had been paid) to install some edge tile that I had to special order from Ludovici. This caused further delay. Had I known in December the tile was needed I could have ordered it over the winter, instead of having to wait two weeks. They also fixed a small leak in the downspout. There was additional work and material costing about $350.00 over the original estimate which was entirely reasonable. Quality of work seems to be excellent but I felt the job dragged on too long and I had to keep calling about schedule.

They did not show up for the first appointment. When I tried to reach them twice, they didn’t get back to me. Once I finally got through to them on the third try, they came out for the work. They were professional and came out right away. They did a good job with the work once they came. They didn’t leave any mess or debris behind.

They worked very fast and carefully. We have 3k sq. ft. of roof and they got the old roof off by 11a and were mostly done by 6p on the first day. They also cleaned most of the stuff on the ground on the first day. On the second day they just finished up a few things and finished all of the cleaning. I'm very impressed with how fast/professional the whole crew acted. Efficient and good work.

It is going to cost me more in the long run to get my roof fixed and I feel like I was ripped off. I would never recommend the company to anyone who needed a roofer.

The emailed and set up a time. They showed up on time and did a great job. We were really happy and they did exactly what they said they would do. It was an excellent experience.

The service was on-schedule and the team was very friendly -- explaining everything that was completed and finishing the job in about 2 hours. I'll plan to use Catalfano Bros again for future gutter replacement and roof repair.

Everything went well. Charlie was punctual, courteous and professional. He examined the loose aluminum trim up close from his ladder, assessed the problem and gave his quote ($75.00). When I asked how long it would take to schedule the work, he said he could do it immediately. The work was completed - to my satisfaction - in less than half an hour. What most impressed me was Charlie's willingness to help me, rather than to just "help himself". Needless to say, Catalfano Brothers' contact information is now on my refrigerator door. The roofer who quoted prior to them wanted $1,150 to remove and replace the aluminum and barge boards which - he said - could not be successfully tacked down again.

They were efficient, prompt, professional and did a good job. I did not even know they were here. They cleaned up great! I have used them every year since. They are great at following up yearly to see if I need their services.

The provider has been mostly unresponsive, and the one commitment to provide the service was not honored.

Showed up as agreed to - described issue with shingles coming off house and did repairs to the issues. Exactly what I was looking for without any upselling or bait and switch. Very good experience

Everything turned out okay. It wound up being a roof and gutter cleaning since we didn't need a roof or gutter tune-up. They showed up and did the service just fine. We wanted them to do something as a follow up since we paid for more than what could be done, they didn't want to do that for us.

I contacted Charlie about putting on a new roof for our house. He was quick to respond to messages I left for him, was out within a day to look at our roof and give us an estimate. I was deciding between doing just the house and the house and garage, and Charlie followed up with me to see if we had made a decision. He met with us to pick out the shingles and go over everything. We were scheduled within a week. The crew showed up early in the morning of the day of the installation and worked well into the evening. There was a small section that needed additional shingles that they came back and installed 2 days later. Charlie came back later that day to make sure we were satisfied and to collect the balance. We were happy with the experience.

Two guys showed up unannounced and didn't know what they were supposed to do, I had to tell them. Two man hours was one guy holding the ladder while the other climbed it. After 30 min, they ate lunch in their van outside my house then when I looked later they were gone with no feedback on the overall findings and repairs done. While I watched before they left the one guy told me I needed some boards replaced. This was what you would call a rip off! I would not recommend this service.

I placed my order for services and the contractor responded via email the next day. I selected a day for them to show and they were a no call no show. I wrote them asking what happened and they have yet to respond.

It slowed the leak down somewhat. His next fix was to silvercoat the roof or total replacement. He was fair to credit half of the initial repair toward total roof replacement. After getting another estimate our current contractor said coating would be a waste of time and money and replacement would be the correct course of action.

Our house suffered extensive storm damage from an ice storm including a hole in the roof, a demolished chimney and additional siding damage. Charlie was responsive and very helpful. The job could not be started immediately due to weather conditions so they patched the roof securely until a break in the weather when the job could be completed. Roof and chimney were done in one day which was amazing. They delivered quality job with the house wrap and siding, even working on Sunday to complete it. We are super happy with how the entire job turned out! Charlie is very easy to work with, takes pride in his work and is committed to delivering a superior service. Call him!

First day they came over and completed the roof ,due to weather they came back after couple of days to start trim and moldings, then a couple more days after due to weather they came back and complete the job, they then gave me a tour of the work to see if I was satisfy, and I was then cleaned up and left. NOW MY HOUSE LOOKS NEW. THANK YOU.

They were the only roofers who did not come down and tell me I needed to replace the roof. Actually said it was in good shape. Appreciate the honesty. Two thumbs up!!!

Got a big deal offer with them. Scheduled it. No problem. So, we now had debris and decomposing leaves just sitting there, all over our property. Had to call then several times to get them to return and finish the job. Took them over ten days to return.

Price was competitive, Charlie was personable and professional. The job: Not all plywood was removed as we found out from another contractor who showed up a picture of 2 sheets of black plywood among all the new plywood (we specifically requested ALL removed due to mold in attic) and our gutters were damaged in the reproofing process. After a number of follow up calls, the gutters were finally addressed to our satisfaction. In the end, the job was done and the damaged gutters were replaced. Due to overall experience and effort it took to follow up on the work and the damaged gutters I would not use Catalfano again - the work was done but my frustration with the whole process is enough to cause me to look elsewhere for roofing/gutter services.

I purchased a big deal for Catalfano Brothers so they could inspect one of my rental houses. They were professional. They did the roof inspection and they did the gutter cleaning, but then also found a bunch of repairs that needed to be done on the gutters. I think the package that I bought was kind of a waste of money because to pay someone to look at my roof it seemed a little bit high priced. All he really did was clean the gutters. I had to pay for all these repairs for the gutters which probably was needed, but right after they inspected the roof and told me everything was fine we got a big storm and I ended up with a lot of water damage that I had to fix. I am not sure the roof inspection was worth it, I thought it was unnecessary.

Charlie and company were great. They were very good at providing information, performed the job extremely well, and employed polite, personable people. We were impressed with how well the job was done, and with the clean up and care they took around the house. There were some small plants that didn't survive, but were in the way and couldn't be avoided. Given the way the roof looks and how well these guys did their jobs, I couldn't be happier. Overall a superb job. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
