Weeding was not done and when I asked several times to have manager call me, he never returned my call

The job never happened. The man who came to prepare an estimate was likable and seemed professional. He said he'd be back with an estimate in a day or two. After three calls spanning the next three weeks--he was always said to be unavailable--no messages were ever returned. Why not return a call, if only to say that you're not interested in the job? We wasted three weeks until we gave up and sought another contractor.

This is a very good company. The owner, Tommy, responds to my questions and concerns. They do a very neat job on my lawn, and the workers are professional and friendly. I highly recommend them. Have used them since last season. My only regret is that they don’t do residential snow removal because I would hire them for that as well.

Lawn service is consistently excellent. The gentlemen are very professional and always leave the property looking well maintained. I would like to share the exceptional service from Tim Stafford, Operations Manager. We had some issues with our landscape lighting and from the moment Tim was made aware of the issues he immediately came out and made the necessary repairs. But that's not what made it exceptional, he drove by the property after hours to verify that the lighting was working to his satisfaction. This type of commitment is what any homeowner should want from a company.

I have been a customer for 15 years and they provide exceptional service. PA Lawn & Landscape is timely, efficient and affordable.

Most everything went fine. The grading wasn't exactly as we had discussed and needed improvement and it took a few calls but they came back and worked on the issue as well as the weeds that quickly came back on the patio. It was a rental property and I didn't get a call when they were coming so I wasn't present when the work was performed. If I had been there probably wouldn't have been any issues so better communication ahead of time could have prevented any problems and the need for a follow-up but they did come back to make things right so that's a big plus.

The guys did an awesome job. They arrived on time the three days they were on-site. They were extremely courteous and ensured they did not do any damage to the surrounding lawn. They cleaned up after each day and ensured the entire worksite and equipment was placed neatly away. I would highly recommend their services for finishing a job as well as performing a job "turn key".

These guys are punctual, hard working and keep communicating every step of the way to create something that looks amazing! We use Christmas Decor and the Pa Lawn and Landscape team for so many great projects and they go above and beyond every single time. They are punctual, hard working and communicate with you every step of the way!

It was ok but there was a environmental accident. One of their trucks broke down in my driveway and on my lawn. Some sort of liquid stained an otherwise perfectly sealed driveway as I'd just bought the home a month prior. They promised to send some one over to 'wash' it down and stated it wasn't going to be enough but thought this would hold it off until April when they also promised they'd reseal my damaged driveway. The representative has to be chased down to get an answers and no we are in mid-May and still no results. FOX 29 News is next! I'm tired of chasing them down...its always soon or next week yet no one has been to our house. I guess litigation is all that is left! I would NEVER use them again for ANY service. Unprofessional to the end.

The contractor came to our house, he was punctual and professional. He had a lot of good suggestions. We were provided with a proposal which was in-depth and covered everything we had asked for.

That went very well. They are coming back to do more work like edging and mulching the flowerbeds. The experience was very good. They are excellent. They came out promptly, did a nice evaluation, had the contract ready to go and it has been very good.

We started using the company for lawn mowing in September. We were really pleased with the responsiveness of the staff to our request, we had called a bunch of different companies and couldn't get anyone to return our calls. We closed on the property in late August and planned to mow the 3.75 acres ourselves but weren't able to keep up. They came right away, gave us an estimate and started the next week. It was the least stressful part of buying the home. The lawn mowing itself seems like your basic cutting, there aren't any fancy patterns or anything, but the grass is picked up off the sidewalk and drive and the height seems to be designed for keeping the lawn healthy. We also are having some work done with tree pruning, removal of a feature we don't like in our front yard, fall and spring cleanup and snow removal. We haven't experienced those features yet but that is why our total is higher than what you might expect for lawn mowing.

I loved the way they mowed my lawn.They were very professional. They sounded happy and bubbly. They come every week. I was very happy with their pricing and services.

I have been using them for years. I have been very pleased with them. They do professional, diligent work. They also look at the temperature and the safety of the lawn and work with the lawn accordingly, based on the weather.
