It went well -quickly installed. Took time to go over settings. been working find since it was installed April 2017

The technician came out during the scheduled time window and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Since we never had a water treatment system before, I asked the technician to explain the equipment we had and what it does. He went through each piece in detail, let us know what we need to do to maintain it, approximately when they were installed, and how long each piece lasts. The technician replaced our UV light and did maintenance on one of the parts of the system. Our water softener was checked and we were told how to properly supply salt to the bath, how often, and what to look for. All in all the appointment took about 35-40 minutes. I would certainly hire them again for any preventative maintenance on our water system.

Would use them again if they weren't so expensive. I recall all the solutions they provided were very expensive.

I have used Long's in the past for purchasing and installing of a water softener in my own home and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. They are honest, fair, and CLEAN!!! They are a reputable company and are very knowledgable about their products, and the repair team is professional. I can not speak highly enough on their behalf.

The company was very persistent in dealing with the challenges of my well water. There water conditioner / water softener was not the lowest price but the quality and features are outstanding I talked with other companies before deciding to go with Longs Water Technology and I glad I did! Scheduled Installation very quickly. Arranged financing in minutes. Installed system in under two hours. Couldnt be happier with product we bought. Hard water was destroying appliances, showers, clothes. So many things in the house is so much easier to clean. Water tastes fantastic.

As soon as I told them what the problem was they knew right away what needed to be done. The tech took about 90 minutes to install two air gaps between the discharges for the water softener and acid neutralizer.

I wanted to give them praise, they were honest, They could have sold us something and they didn't.

This is to provide feedback on the performance of the ECR 3500 water conditioner as a water softener and sediment and iron filter that Long?s Water installed in our home and Long's Water's lack of responsiveness to our inquiries. When the unit was installed, and during Scott Warrick?s follow-up inspection, the technician and he both stated that I could remove the whole house water filter that I had previously installed on the main line. Since I had recently installed a new filter, I decided to leave the filter in place to see how well the ECR 3500 filtered the sediment and iron out of the water. After the normal ninety day replacement cycle, I removed the filter and observed that there was no difference in the amount of sediment and iron collected before and after having the ECR 3500 installed. I decided to continue to use the whole house filter to evaluate whether the filter had just collected sediment and iron that might have been in the tank prior to the ECR 3500 installation. To my disappointment, I continue to replace the filter on a ninety day cycle without any change in the amount of sediment and iron collected after the ECR 3500 installation. I am glad that I had decided to leave the whole house water filter in place because otherwise this sediment and iron would be in my home?s water lines, faucets, shower heads, etc. The ECR 3500 does a nice job softening the water, but does not remove sediment and iron as advertised or stated by Long's Water's representatives. The ECR 3500 does not perform as advertised. I paid for a water conditioner when I could have purchased the cheaper water softner which is the performance I get from the ECR 3500. Since installation, I had tried several times to contact Long's Water on via e-mail which was our primary means of communications during the purchase and installation coordination, USPS first class mail, and finally USPS return receipt so that we knew they received the letter. In each of these attempts, I included photographs of the water filter's sediment build-up. Unfortunately, we never received a reply to any of our letters.

Ryan came to service our PH neutralizer. We recently bought our house and the unit had not been serviced in over 2 years. Ryan was excellent! He was very professional and explained everything to us in a way that was very easy to understand. He was also very knowledgeable about our system. While he was here I complained to him about our water pressure (our neighbor had told us that it was as good as it was going to get). Ryan tested our holding tank pump switch and pressure gauge and found both to be defective. He had the parts with him and replaced them right then. Our water pressure is now fantastic and I am very happy. I would definitely recommend Long's Water Technology and especially Ryan. I won't hesitate to call them again.

Went very well. I have recentlty purchased an older home and we are in the process of completely remodeling it. we had a water treatment system installed by a licensed plumber who was doing other plumbing work for us on the property. The plumber did a great job of installing the system, but he could not answer specific questions about our water or how often it should be tested, and what maintenance needed to be performed on our system. Jim from Longs Water Technology came out to our house, he was familiar with all of our equipment, even though his co did not install it. In 15 minutes he explained all of the system components to me and arranged for us to, be put on a regular maint. schedule. I would recommend Jim and Longs Water Tech to anyone with a well or any type of water treatment equipment. They are the most knowledgeable co I have talked to about the subject since I started my project last year.

Initially we noticed a sulfur smell coming from our well water, after Long's performed water analysis and reviewed three different options. We went with ETF AIV water filtration system. Not only was Long's professional, knowledgeable, and thorough - they helped us chose the best option for our situation. They diagnosed we would be needing a replacement well tank in the future, and we decided to get it taken care of sooner rather than later. The entire week process from initial contact to them finishing today was flawless, and we really appreciate their willingness to accommodate our schedule and needs. A+

At 8:30a.m. I heard a hissing sound coming from the basement, I opened my basement door and saw the steps were all wet, and it looked like a high pressure sprinkler was on. I investigated and found a nipple to the well pump was rusted and broke, it was before the shut off valve. I shut the pump off at the circuit breaker and called longs water. Scott got to my house as soon as he could. We discussed my options, which were replace the nipple, which eventually I would have to replace the pump, because in all probability was either rusting or was rusted inside. (I did not want another leak, so I got a new pump.) I had a new pump put in and had the water back on in a matter of him running back to the company getting what he needed, and installing it. He was extremely professional, and nice. He answered all my questions. I thought he was very reasonable.

Arrived as scheduled, installed as planned, explained the system fully. Very happy with the results.

The technician arrived promptly, and was very proficient.

These folks have done this a few times........tech arrives ......installs the unit......done......in a matter of 2 hours

The technician was on-time, courteous, and worked quickly. He went the extra step to tie the system into our sewer line at a less noticeable place considering we might finish the basement in the future. The system works great!

We noticed our water was getting hard and went to check our softner. The tank was filled with brown, dirty water and the salt was totally dissolved, inspite of having put two fifty pound bags in the softner during the prior week. We called Longs and they told us to put the softner on "bypass" to insure that the tank did not overflow and then they came by two days later. Our options were to repair the old softner - a repair which would probably only last a year, or replace the entire unit. The unit was seventeen years old, so we opted to replace it. The men came two days later and replaced the unit. He was on time, in fact he called to let me know he was on his way, and he did the job quickly and neatly. I wish all service businesses were run this well - clear discriptions of the options, pricing, work involved and time involved. I will only use this company for our "water needs".

Ok.Repairman was late, but called to say he would be. Water pressure remains low and pH is now too high.

He distinguishes himself by being prompt, courteous, and efficient. He is very good and very responsive.

They arrived mostly on time, were very curtious and professional and dispatched their job in less time than I thought would be necessary.

Long's came out the day I called, we determined what the best options were for the water heater and softener units and picked a day for installation. They installed a new thermostat in my old water heater so that I would have hot water until installation day. They arrived on time that day, figured out the way to accomplish this challenging installation, and completed the piping and the installation of both units in about 3 hours. I'm so happy with the way it was done and the end result. They were great to work with, were very careful with my home and obviously care about the quality of their work. It was a very nice experience.
