If I could leave a lower review I would honestly. They are lying condescending people. They told us they filled the tank and completely lied about it. You can’t go through 2,000 gallons in less then a week. And then when we called to complain they lied about the pricing and we’re absolutely disgusting to us on the phone… wish I would have recorded the conversation since they sound like they have their head up their a****. They charged us 200 dollars in March and then 275 this month when confronted about it they said we paid 275 before which is completely false because we have the receipt from that date. I’m completely disgusted with how they handle their business and do not recommend anyone use this place. I’d rather go to the river and get water myself then work with completely rude people. And yet they continue to lie and continue awful customer service. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. This is not how you handle a business, I would also look at hiring new people with less of a “I can screw you over” mentality. Also if you continue to delete comments and reviews which is unprofessional the bbb with get more reports. Absolutely ridiculous how low a COMPANY would go to belittle customers.

Business was extremally unprofessional. Lied about documentation, very condescending and rude. Money was taken, was told no receipts are available and they did not give change. i gave $280 for something i would pay $200 for every other time. If the company would like to lie, take down reviews, and Insult my intelligence while being unprofessional. It is simply not possible that 2000 gallons of water disappears in 2 days NOT 20 days! So due to the lying, rudeness, and taking down reviews i have contacted the BBB and handed all the information and documentation over. I have receipts and cameras that have audio hearing your driver say there are no receipts and he cannot give me change. I have tried to be reasonable but the amount of unprofessional and condescending behavior along with being shady overall is not okay. If you take down comments again i will post these videos and receipts on google and agies list as well as many more engines. DO NOT DO BUISNESS LIARS AND THEIVES if you want to try and deny it, then stop taking down comments and look at the documentation proof, but regardless, I'm not going to be bullied, called names, and deny business after being robbed of $280 and its gone in less than 48 hours. Again i have recorded phone lines and documentation that was sent to BBB as well as this business being put into FB group of terrible businesses in the area which btw, wasn't even done by me! you guys are a joke! stop taking down reviews and lying to your customers, documentation has been sent over and i have offered to show it to two of your employees and the owner which called me a liar and accused me of trying to get free water when i get one every 3 months for years and have never had 2000 gallons run out in less that 48 hours. I am in hvac and had me and one other person who is a plumber look at the system, there is nothing wrong. Except responsibility, your customers don't deserve this treatment and the more you deny and deleted reviews, the worse you're gonna look and the more i will tell people about your unprofessional shady business

Water was delivered on time. Drivers were very professional and courteous.

They were very professional and showed up one time. They were courteous as well.
