Steve actually calls you back when you leave a message. He is prompt and reasonable. I don't bother getting quotes from anyone else any more. I totally trust him to do the job and do it right. I am so pleased with the results. My kitchen (new floor, window and fixtures post a downstairs bath being pulled out) looks spectacular. My new upstairs laundry and half bath is perfect. The guest bath looks wonderful. New floors, commodes, sinks, fixtures etc. were all installed and they are perfect. Al and Greg were professional, personable and trustworthy - not to mention expert craftsmen. I could not be happier with their expertise, workmanship or professionalism. I highly, highly recommend.

We locked ourselves out of the garage after 8 PM last night (2/2/2016). We do indeed have a garage door opener in each car, but both cars were locked in the garage. There was no way to fix the lock, since it could not be accessed, so it was necessary to remove the door from its hinges. That's not such a big job, but all of my tools were (you guessed it) in the garage. Since neither my wife nor I could get to work the next morning without cars, we put out a desperate call to Steve, who arrived on the scene within half an hour. Took him about 5 minutes to pop the door off its hinges, and another 10 to put it back on after we'd fixed the lock. Takes a special kind of contractor to leave his nice warm comfy home at 9 PM and drive half an hour each way for a $50 job. Steve really came through for us last night.

Everything went very smoothly from our first meeting to consult and evaluate the condition of the roof, explaining about the options we had in selecting a roof (pros & cons of different types, etc), making the best decision to meet our needs, and finally the installation. The cost was reasonable and fair.

I've worked with Steve before and was very happy with the results, so he was one I contacted for this emergency repair. He contacted one of his subcontractors who happened to live near to my house, and less than an hour later, there was a guy standing out in the freezing cold, well after dark, snaking the main sewage line out of my hose. It took almost an hour to clear the clog properly, after which he made sure that all the sewage had drained out of my bathtub and returned to whatever he had been planning to do with his evening previously. Price charged was $185. I've never had the main line out of my house snaked before, so I'm not 100% sure whether that's a good price or not, but given the circumstances (short notice, late evening, freezing cold night), I couldn't be happier.

As listed, there were several different tasks required, and each was completed perfectly. Two of the tasks had a high/low estimate, and in both cases, the low estimate turned out to be accurate. The only minor bad thing I could possibly say is that he started the job one day later than promised because another job ran long. HOWEVER, he notified me of the potential delay a full week in advance, AND the team worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in three days instead of the promised four, meaning that the job was completed on the date promised, despite the slight delay at the beginning. I recommend Steve and his crew highly and would use them again without hesitation.

All work done according to specifications and finished within the timeframe expected. I definitely feel like they go above and beyond for every job they have done for me.

There were some problems trying to keep the project within the budget but Steve made it work. The building was unique and had to be built according to engineered drawings. Everything played out well in the end. Steve was very accommodating and professional. He kept the costs to a workable level for me. I would recommend Steve Wzorek of PM&M, LLC to head the building of a home or any other structure. He tries his best to do right if an adverse situation arises and strives to stay within the budget of the project. If you hire PM&M, LLC to manage your project you will be satisfied and happy.

Excellent. He was punctual, reasonably priced, answered any questions that I had, and gave us exactly what we wanted.He now continues to help with updating the outside as needed.

Overall, the work performed was quality and assurance. They were very approachable, friendly, and informed me of anything that needed to be done differently. I am very satisfied with the work, the price, and the team.
