BALDONI ELECTRIC INC

This company installed my a/c heating system in 2002. I recently had an issue with my a/c and called a cell number that was given to me years back. I spoke with someone who walked me through what i needed to do since he was unable to get to me anytime soon. I wanted to schedule maintainence and was told to call the office and not use the cell number I had. My husband ended up fixing the issue thanks to the internet. I made 4 calls in a two week period, back in late June, to schedule maintainence and I did not ever get a return call.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! After they claimed they were entirely finished, they called a few days later to demand payment. After we paid them, we noticed that there were numerous items that were left unfinished. We called them to ask them to come back and they promised they would stop by within the week to complete what was unfinished. It has been more than 3 months and they still have not come back to complete the job. In the interim, additional electrical problems have occurred. Electricians that we have been forced to hire to clean up Baldoni's mess have told us that they use inferior products. This is true in our case. Stay away unless you want a partially completed job and sub-par electrical materials.
