Description of Work: Removed flat metal roof on back section of garage and installed new rubber roof, reinforced a rotten roof beam and replaced several boards; also cleaned and sealed the front gutters which were leaking and causing a leak in the basement wall. Work was done well and completed in 1 day!

Description of Work: Made temporary repairs to leaking skylight during cold weather. Returned later to replace two skylights, replace counter flashing on chimney and install bath exhaust fan flange and insulated duct work. The work was done in a very professional manner and the final work product was excellent.
