. The end product looks great and the house is more air tight . We even feel that the house is cooler in the summer and outdoor sounds less noticeable. We were very pleased with the workmanship and the end results.

I found him through the phone directory. He quoted for the job and he was the low bidder. He also had good references. It was a big project and so, I was oriented towards the references. He came on the same day and gave me a quote. He was very efficient and he took care of the job. He met the conditions of the quote. I had the stucco repainted the year before that. This house was constructed in 1925 and it had an addition put on in 2001. It had the combination of maintaining the old exterior and then after ten years had the paint done on the addition. He had either himself or his son on the job all the time as it was a family business. He would answer questions immediately and there would not be any delay. I realized that I wanted little more work done while he was here and he did it at a minimal cost. He was excellent and was very easy to work with. I had a lot of people in the past twenty years and have had experiences with the other contractors. I never had what I would consider as a poor contractor but had less responsive contractors. I had some painting done in the past that was not as neater or careful.
