Description of Work: They were the company that my insurance carrier contracted to examine my toilet that was leaking into my crawl space. After examine my bathroom and crawl space it was determined I needed a new wax ring. They installed it and then cleaned the minimal mess they made.

 + -1 moreIt went ok - the guys were nice but I just wouldn't use them again for any "big plumbing" problem. I just didn't feel comfortable with choosing them for another plumbing job.
Description of Work: I did not pick this contractor out for myself - I have a home warranty and they sent them out. They replaced the elements and thermometers in my water heater. My water heater still doesn't stay hot and it's because the water heater is too small for the household I live in (3) people. Another plumber I had in for something else told me this and also mentioned that Clearflow should have mentioned this to me. Oh well - they were nice enough guys but I wouldn't use them again - I like explanations to be made and I didn't really receive much.

Description of Work: The technician arrived 2 hours later than the scheduled 3 hour window. With no communication about his ETA, I called to confirm he was in fact still coming. I was told I would get a call right back from the technician. An hour passed, no call, no technician. It was 5pm on a Friday when he finally arrived. Needless to say it was a huge inconvenience, but our plumbing issue was serious. The technician was filthy when he arrived and he took no precautions to keep my house clean while he worked. I had no confidence that he had any idea what he was doing- he was unable to decipher the plumbing configuration of our 112 year old home. The problem was not fixed and he never filed the necessary report to our warranty company nor did any follow up with me. Clear Flow was assigned through our home warranty, so thankfully I only paid $60 for an utterly pointless call. It was a horrible experience from beginning to end.

 + 0 moreGave a really fair price, the quality of work was good, and he clearly explained what he was doing while he worked (I ask a lot of questions). My only complaint was about scheduling & punctuality. They were late for providing an estimate and the first appointment had to be rescheduled due to another job he was running late on. Unfortunately the system that I purchased prior leaked, so he offered a reasonable price to come out again to re-install the replacement.
Description of Work: They plumbed a water pressure booster system onto the water main for my house.

They rang my doorbell at 9:40 AM and interrupted an important business conference call that I was engaged in. The work performed was properly done at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Clear Flow replaced the drain in one bathroom tub and repaired the drain in another bathroom tub that had completely stopped working.
