Dave called me, asked a few questions and I explained the problem. He quoted me a price plus $50 for possible extra hardware that might be needed. One of his men came, completed the job in less than an hour and charged me the quoted price with no extras. I am very happy.

I lost a water heater and need a replacement ASAP. The afternoon I submitted a request they sent a man to my house when he completed another job. He was able to provide a quote within 15 minutes. I got 5 bids on the project and they weren't the cheapest but they were up front and the value they offered left no room for "unforseen" extras. They gave the quote, completed the job in less than 24 hours, cleaned up and stuck with the price! The young man who came buy did not spend time trying to sell me a service agreement or carbon monoxide detector! Service agreements may be o.k. after the job is completed but 2 suppliers gave a "hard sale"!
