I had a new, submersible sump pump installed. My experience was average. Sump pump was installed on top of existing stones at the bottom of the sump. This resulted in the pump being stuck "On" on a few different occasions. Also, I am getting a lot of back-flow of water following pump-out. I mentioned this to the plumber during installation, but he did not seem to consider this an issue. This has resulted in short cycle times. On the plus side, their price was reasonable and their service was timely.

They were superb. Two young guys came in, assessed the broken faucets, and said "yes, we can fix that." They were very proompt and efficient, and the faucets now work like a charm.

Dave called me about 5 minutes after I signed up for Service Magic for my faucet repair job. He was able to come in a couple of days to fix two faucets. I also had to reschedule the first date and he was very flexible and responsive to that. He did a great job on my faucets and his price's were very reasonable and well below a standard plumber. I hope that I don't have to use them again, but if I do, he's my guy. I'm very happy with my recent experience here.

Did job, but didn't write on reciept that HWH was certified after checking it. He understood that the house was for sale and I needed it certified. Paid extra for certification.

I was very pleased! The two young men that came were very nice and clean. They were a bit early and I apologized for not having my bathroom cleaned out so they could work and they apologized for being early. They actually talked to me and answered my questions rather than just grunted as some other technicians have done. They were finished in no time and made sure everything was working before they left. There was no one else home with me and I felt very comfortable having them here which now days is very important. Great jobs guys, I will recommend them to everyone.
