+ -1 moreClosed and winterized my spa and pool. When calling to open the pool, I called atleast 3 times a week for 3 weeks before I recived a response. And even then, I had to call the owner on his cell phone, because the office staff never returned my calls. Needless to say I am trying someone else to open my pool because even when I got ahold of them, I was then told that they were too behind

+ -1 moreMinella Pool Service was recommended to us by the previous home owners. They were friendly, fast and efficient. The only negatives were, I had called a few weeks later for service on the pool heater and no one came and I have experienced the same thing now that I want to close the pool.
