I had phone calls before and after the service and a written contract specifying what would be done. The windoes were washed inside and out. Things were moved and opened to be cleaned. It was a thorough housecleaning.

Sandy did a good job. I just felt at times that she didn't pay attention to some details. I think she trusted that the people working with her to do the job as she instructed them to do..

I hired this company in July to come in and clean my house every other week. I travel for my job so I am often away from home for days at a time. Since hiring the company they have on one occasion locked my cat in a closet for 3 days, and in the bedroom for a week on another occasion. They had strict written instructions to insure that no cats were locked in any room before leaving the property. When a voice mail was left for the owner of the company concerning the second incident, she did not even bother returning the phone call. Evidently she did not care if the cat survived or not. Nor did she care about the damage caused by the cat being locked in the bedroom. On another occasion the girl that was scheduled to clean my house showed up at 2:30 in the morning with an unauthorized person. They tripped the alarm and the police were called to the house. They did not offer a reason why they showed up at that time of the morning. I was told that the cleaning person was coming to the house when she knew that I would not be at home so that she could use the hot tub. I have no proof to substantiate this claim, but was told by people who know her that she has been telling people that she comes out to the house to sit in the hot tub and drink margaritas. I would encourage anyone looking for a cleaning company to avoid Cinderella's Janitorial Service at all cost. They are very unprofessional.

They stole off me and charged an outrageous price. I even had to call the police on them! They're very dishonest, and I was unhappy with their work.
