Window installation went very well. I had requested they fix the crumbling and rotting under bay and was told it could be done for $80, which I agreed to. I wanted him to tear the old covering out, insulate up inside the bay, and then recover and seal. All he did was cover up the existing with insulation and cover and seal. Probably more of a miscommunication that anything else.

They told me they were going to send an experienced worker. The person ended up putting in the wrong window. The caulking of the windows were terrible. They had to come back and recaulk the windows twice.

The sales people were terrific. The installers were a very good team. They all seemed to have their own area of expertise. They were on time and they were very polite. They were very respectful about being around my home and they were extremely professional about cleaning up their mess.

They were very friendly when they were there working for me. They are very professional about the job. They had showed up on time to do the work for me. They had cleaned up everything when they were done.

Thermo-Twin did a very good job and they were in and out before I could blink an eye. They are an employee owned business and I decided to go with them because their bid was the best compared to the other bids that I got.

I liked that they were on time, efficient, polite, and that they did their job. They didn't have any high demands and were easy to work with. I had to keep asking them if they needed anything or if they would like a drink of water.

We contacted the company for an estimate and informed them we were getting other estimates for price and product comparisons. The sales rep arrived,gave his sales pitch and calculated a price of over $19,000, then quickly reduced that (giving us an "employee discount")to $16,500. When we thanked him for the estimate and said we'd consider it along with others we were obtaining he said the price was ONLY good for THAT EVENING.! When I informed him we don't do business that way, he tried unsuccessfully to convince us to sign right then. Then he offered us another "commercial discount" dropping the offer to $14,500 (wouldn't I have been a fool to sign 5 minutes earlier)which was also,of course ONLY GOOD RIGHT THEN, NOT TOMORROW OR THE NEXT DAY! When we refused to sign that night, he rudely packed up and said we had "wasted HIS time and ours!" After a comparison with other products we realized could get a much better product(we went with Marvin windows)and hated our Thermo Twin experience

This is the second (and last) time I will use Thermo-Twin. The sales rep was great when I initially planned to have $5600 worth of work done. Not the same guy after I downsized to $1500. The additional window covers had been "free" at $5600. I expected to pay for them after decreasing my order. They weren't installed and when I spoke to the sales rep he reminded me that they were free when I was spending $5600 not $1500. He didn't bother to ASK ME if I still wanted the covers ($500). He just cancelled them. In addition the broken window wasn't fixed. The "installation" guys told me that "service" would have to do it after both the sales rep and the man who measured said the installation guys would do it. And I had a veteran rep who assured me he is an owner and very invested in providing quality service. Unbelievably disappointing. Windows are nice, however.

They did an amazing job! The windows are excellent, and made a HUGE difference in warmth in our house and noise reduction. We purchased windows that flip out for easy cleaning, and it really is easy. I hope to have Thermo Twin windows in my next house.

Answered phone and returned phone calls promptly. Representative called when he knew he would be late for appointment to give an estimate. The workers were on time, work efficiently, were pleasant and polite and did a thorough clean-up of the area.

I THOUGHT THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THE 3 GUYS CAME AND WERE HERE FOR 6 HOURS. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WORKED WELL TOGETHER. OVERALL, I WAS PLEASED.

I BOUGHT THERMO TWIN WINDOWS BECAUSE THEIR WINDOWS HAVE SUCH A GOOD REPUTATION. THE WINDOWS ARE GREAT, THEY ARE WORKING WELL. THE MEN INSTALLING THEM WERE VERY NICE. I HAVE A SMALL CAPE COD, SIMILAR TO MY 40 OR SO NEIGHBORS. MY COMPLAINT WITH THERMO TWIN WAS THAT I WAS TOLD THAT THE ''BAY'' WINDOWS WERE $1200 AND UP. I WENT WITH THE SIMPLE SLIDERS (APPROX $500). MY NEIGHBOR, THE NEXT YEAR, HAD 9 WINDOWS INSTALLED, INCLUDING 2 ''BAY'' WINDOWS, FOR $3700! SO MY WARNING WOULD BE TO BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR SALESMAN. MINE DIDN'T EXPLAIN WELL OR WAS MISLEADING. I WAS VERY UPSET. THEIR FRONT OFFICE TOOK CARE OF ME WITH SCREEN PROBLEMS AND THE INSTALLING SCHEDULE. THE WORKERS WERE GOING TO INSTALL A NEW WINDOW ON TOP OF A MOLDY ROTTEN SILL, UNTIL I PROTESTED. I DID PAY EXTRA FOR 2 NEW SILLS($200?). I ORDERED IN MAY AND THEY WEREN'T GOING TO HAVE THE WINDOWS READY UNTIL OCTOBER, EVEN THOUGH I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD JULY. BUT I WOULD BUY THEIR WINDOWS AGAIN! I WOULD JUST PUSH FOR A BETTE

THEY WOULD MISS APPOINTMENTS, NOT RETURN CALLS, & WASTE MY TIME. I DID ORIGINALLY AGREE TO HAVE THEM INSTALL WINDOWS AND MADE A DEPOSIT. I ASKED ABOUT ANY POTENTIAL DISCOUNTS, AND WAS TOLD THERE WERE NONE AVAILABLE, ONLY TO SEE A TV COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING A LOWER COST. I CALLED TO DISCUSS THIS, BUT NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL AGAIN. WHEN I ASKED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT, THEY FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME. THEY PROMISED TO SEND AN AMENDED CONTRACT, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. THEIR INFORMATION WAS OFTEN WRONG. WHEN I DID FINALLY GET ANOTHER CONTRACT, IT WAS LATE IN THE SEASON, AND I CHOSE TO CANCEL, BECAUSE I LOST CONFIDENCE IN THEIR ABILITY TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE & PRODUCT. THEY DID RETURN THE DEPOSIT.

WE FEEL WE GOT AN EXCELLENT PRICE/QUALITY VALUE COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES WE SPOKE WITH. EVERYONE, FROM SALES TO INSTALLATION CREW, WAS FRIENDLY, CHEERFUL, AND PROFESSIONAL. EXCELLENT CLEANUP AFTER WORK WAS FINISHED. WE WANTED THE WINDOWS TO LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE ORIGINALS (TO MAINTAIN THE LOOK OF OUR OLDER HOUSE) AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY GREAT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

GREAT WORKERS; QUICK, PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND NEAT. THE SALESMAN THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE, UNLIKE OTHER COMPANIES I HAD LOOKED AT, WAS NOT PUSHY AND I DIDN'T GET THE IMPRESSION HE JUST WANTED TO MAKE A SALE. THEY ALSO HAVE A 25.00 REFERRAL PROGRAM, EVERY LITTLE BIT HELPS.

WORKMEN WERE EXTREMELY NEAT, PUNCTUAL AND POLITE. THE WORK WAS ALWAYS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND THE QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT. COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY UPFRONT AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN QUOTING A PRICE FOR THE JOB.

THERMO TWIN WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY REMOVED AND HAULED AWAY ALL OF OUR OLD WINDOWS, AND IN TWO DAYS INSTALLED NEW WINDOWS. THE TWO MEN, BOB AND MIKE, WHO DID THE WORK WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL!

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. SALESMAN WAS PROMPT AND THOROUGH. THE CREW WE HAD THE 1ST TIME WAS EXCELLENT. THE SECOND TIME, HALF WERE IN TRAINING, BUT YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THEY WERE PROS. VERY POLITE AND CLEAN UP WAS EXCELLENT. WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE ONE DORMER, BUT THEY HAD A REPLACEMENT CUSTOM-BUILT IN A WEEK OR TWO. VERY APOLOGETIC AND QUICK.

VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WINDOWS AND THEIR INSTALLATION.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY POLITE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEIR WORK. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE CONSIDERING THE QUALITY OF WORK AND PRODUCTS PURCHASED.

CREW WAS ON TIME. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN ONE DAY. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
