Description of Work: They torn out and rebuilt our 3 season porch. Did a good job but had to come back out to do additional caulking around the door and windows a little more because they leaked when it rained. They also installed an awning and that was perfect.

Description of Work: The salesman was very unprofessional, he could not tell us why his windows were better, however, he was very good at telling me why the other windows that we were looking were bad. the first quote was $17,000 but if we purchased the that day we could have them for $12,000 even after we told him we were looking at 2 other windows prior to making a decision. In addition when he backing his van into our driveway he hit our versa lock wall knocking the caps off of the wall and cracking a few of the blocks. When we questioned him about it he started to stammer and finally admitted to hitting the wan and stated that it was just fine. When I called the salesman to inform him about the damage to the wall he knocked another $1000 off of the price.

Description of Work: Called for info & estimate for a custom window. Were told the minimum order amount was $1000! Also that it was too expensive for them to send crew for a single window. Very doubtful that we will call them again.
