The service was great, installed a new air conditioning unit, everything went well, they are a good company.

My A/C system stopped working in May of 2020. I reached out to my HSA home warranty to have it repaired and after almost 3 months of going back and forth, they were of no help. They sent out multiple companies and HSA refused to cover the cost of the work due to their non-covered clause. After speaking with Rocco the Owner of AirPro he wanted to make this right for me and help in any way that he could. We both agreed that there were too many people involved which was causing a major miscommunication. Rocco was able to replace my whole A/C system in 2 days and was able to provide me was a no-interest option of 18 months. I highly recommend Rocco and his company for all your HVAC needs!

Rocco and his team really came through for us. Really. My brother has a house in the north hills and he has been in the hospital since May. Family has been taking care of his house. When the weather started getting cold this Fall, we called several local HVAC companies and could not get a furnace check scheduled for at least a few weeks. I was referred to Air-Pro and Rocco by a close local friend and I told Rocco our situation. Rocco asked me to talk with Barb who scheduled John who came out and inspected our old furnace within just a few days. John showed me the heat exchanger was badly cracked and we needed a new furnace. We already knew the AC was old and leaking. So we asked Ryan at Air-Pro for their best turn-key price on a new HVAC system. Bottom line, we got a very fair price, a solid HVAC system and quality professional installation, all before the weather turned really cold. Grateful thanks to Rocco, Barb, John, Ryan, the installers including Seth, etc. for their help to someone in need.

The installation was done in one day. Every thing was done professionally.

Everything was great and the team was excellent.

It went well but it took a week for us to get it in the winter months. Not sure if it was the company fault or the availability of the item was low.

Team was professional and prompt. Unit was installed within two weeks of the initial evaluation.

They did a really nice job. The only thing is I could get a Lenox Rebate so I emailed the rep to see about that rebate and I haven't heard back. But other than that it was well done. I got very nice price. I would do it again. I would recommend them to anybody. They did a wonderful job.

They are fantastic. I use them all the time for all of my rentals and for my house. In addition to the furnace they have installed air conditioning 3 years ago, done a boiler and have done work for my daughters too. I would use them again.

The cost was reasonable. The issue is fixed, resolved and wonderful. They were very prompt and responsive.

I know I felt that the price was very fair. I know I ranked it with two other estimates we got. I found them I believe in the magazine. There were 2 or 3 other ones that I had also called. I can’t remember the seller’s name, but I know he explained everything, so that I could understand and go over my choices. He was very responsive. If I had any questions, I had call back right away. I know it wasn’t exceptionally long. It might have taken one day for the furnace and one day for the air conditioning, I can’t remember.

It was included in the price. It was two young installers. They were professional and they answered any questions that I had. They suggested as far as a furnace filter, they said it was still good and the we would probably get another 6 months out of it. They were very nice.

They came the same day, diagnosed the problem. They did not have the exact manufacturer OEM brand new part and had to order it, but they did get the furnace working with a used spare on their truck. Within the week the OEM part came in and was installed. In both cases the tech arrived when he said he would, was professional and friendly. I'd use them again. I'm not sure on the price since it was through the home warranty.

The owner is a 10! He designed a furnace system for the building. They are excellent and punctual. Right on time. The techs were all professional. Showed me things as they worked so I better understood the issues.

Although our previous experiences with Airpro came through our home warranty I wanted to comment on the customer service they have provided to me on numerous occasions. They have serviced our very old air conditioner several times and they replaced our furnace and additional necessities for the unit over the winter. The unit itself took a while to come in and of course it happened over an extremely cold spell. Rocco worked with me to choose the best furnace for our house informing us of the quality of each as well as the warranties for each. He was also flexible with payment options. Once the unit was in the installation was efficient and timely. They had 3 guys installing the unit and they were all very kind and courteous. Every time I have called to schedule something they have been receptive and they do their very best to get me in as soon as possible. They call with a two hour window of when they will arrive and they keep you informed. I highly recommend them not only for the skills they have but for their general customer service.

The installation I had with them was good. It was in the middle of winter and they were very receptive to what I needed. They understood that the part for the furnace they could not get. It was not just them. It was the part itself so I had to replace the whole unit and they were very receptive and helpful with that. If I had to get a new furnace or air conditioner, I would always get a couple of quotes from people and they would be a company I would contact again.

When we purchased the home, we had the furnace for a year or so. We knew we were going to have to replace it so we got bids and stuff from everybody. They were local and they were in the ball park and did a good job on that. They would be a company I would contact to get a quote from.

First off, Rocco Florio, owner of Air Pro, is a true professional who treats customers right! After making 3 large investments into our home by adding 3 out of 4 new units, Rocco had the fourth unit checked free of charge. Bob, our go to favorite, A++++ technician, found that the outside A/C unit was not broken; it was simply off. We are now cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Although Air Pro does not have a Beaver County office, they have responded promptly to emergencies as promised, given me top-notch Lennox products, and followed through with service plans. Rocco also alerted us to the Duquense Light rebates on 3 of the installs, which gave us back a total of $391 from our electric company for going with high efficiency units. Rocco sent the forms with the installers on May 11, 2016. Now, that is going the EXTRA MILE FOR THE CUSTOMER! Rocco also alerted us to the 2016 tax credit to document for 2016 taxes. This company is great. Anita and Barb, the main receptionists and administrators are always friendly and polite. Bob, our technician, is #1! THANK YOU TO ALL AT AIR PRO!!!

Awful customer service. My husband tried to arrange a time for them to come out to give us an estimate, and when trying to arrange a specific time, he mentioned that we had someone else coming that morning to look at furnace. As soon as lady on phone found out someone else was coming to look at it, she said, " I am going to cancel this call", and then hung up. So, not only was this extremely rude, but apparently this company is not interested in competing with others in the area. People get estimates from 2-3 different companies when they need work done - deal with it! Even although we live in Oakmont, we will never use or recommend Air Pro. What a horrible way to treat people, and a terrible way to conduct their so-called business. F, F, F all round!

My experience dealing with a heating system that was not working from October to March. The management or owner would not speak with me. I feel like they are not billing the insurance company correctly. I called multiple times and was not treated professionally. They have no consideration for the customer. They call to set a window of time that they will be out and then they change it. As a customer I did not feel my time was valued by the company.

Was designed Air Pro by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. Rocco was very easy to work with and cut us a deal on the pricing that the warranty company wouldn't cover (just the cost of furnace and labor for installation). One of the techs that came, Tom, was very polite and informative. They were in and out in 2 hours and made sure that all of my questions were answered. He even fixed up our furnace filter cover that fell off. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future for tune-ups.

Air Pro Heating and Cooling was sent by my home warranty company to check out my furnace since it wasn't working. I liked how they called the morning of the appointment and gave an approximate time. It was nice because I had a good idea of when they were going to show up and not just a huge window of when they might show up. The technician was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. The only negative thing is they said they would order the part and call me, but somehow it got marked that the issue was resolved. I gave it a few weeks to hear back but had to call to solve the problem. When I called they apologized and solved the issue quickly. It was summertime so it wasn't a big deal and I would have called sooner had it been winter. The Air Pro tech installed the inducer assembly and got my furnace working again on their next visit July 6th. The price of the visit was just my deductible for my home warranty, so I cannot comment on if the service was a good price.
