Excellent. Very courteous, professional, and helpful.

At first, he was going to repair it but showed me all of the decay. I chose to put in a new disposal and he did it quickly without any mess. There was no hard sell which I appreciated.

I purchased a new refrigerator and needed a plumber to replace the old water line for the ice maker. I found Jim Meyers Plumbing on Angie's list and called to schedule the appointment. A very courteous woman answered the phone, and we were able to schedule for the following week. Dave came in the morning, so I did not have to wait long on the day of the appointment. He replaced the old valve and hose to the fridge, plus he installed an access panel to the water meter in our basement, which was an unplanned job (it was drywalled over when the basement was refinished). He was friendly, answered my many questions about the job and the business, and did everything according to how I wanted it done. I will definitely hire this company for future projects.

I like that they were one on one, walks you through the whole step up to deciding what would work for you. We actually used them when we had a pipe burst in the wall because they came out. They readjusted someone's schedule because we had to have our water all turned off. So, we had no water, so they readjusted someone's schedule so he could come and work on ours right away. It was very good of them.

I called on Monday to request plumbing services. The person who answered the phone was very polite. She scheduled the service for Wednesday morning. It was very nice to have the service scheduled with one phone call as opposed to having to wait for a call back. The plumber called ahead of time to tell me he would arrive within fifteen minutes. He was very professional and polite. The task was completed efficiently. I will certainly use this company again for my plumbing needs.

Dave the plumber arrived on time, was very professional & neat. Took his shoes off. The job was finished in a timely manner and he did not leave me any mess. I had previously used the same company to install a kitchen faucet and I was so satisfied I went back to them to do this job.

They are nice people to do business with. A little delay as an emergency came up with another customer, but Mr. Meyers kept me updated. The work was done quickly and professionally.

I called Jim Meyers plumbing around 1:30 that afternoon, and within an hour Jim was at my house to assess the damage. He was very courteous and professional, and gave us a quote on the spot. He worked us into his schedule within a few days and before we knew it, everything was fixed. The office staff is very pleasant and easy to deal with on the phone, and they went out of their way to help us as quickly as possible. I will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

One of the plumbers came out the next day (afternoon) and replaced my old water heater and hauled it away. There was a slight mess left but not enough to complain. I was very pleased with the promptness and how quick he completed the task. The price was very reasonable and they had a $10 coupon on Angie's List that I applied against the bill.

My kitchen drain backed up and flooded under sink on Sunday. Since it wasn't a true 'emergency' i waited until Monday morning to call for service, hoping to be able to get seen by the next day if possible. The receptionist was very thorough and quickly put me on hold for only a minute or two before coming back on line to tell me that someone could be there around noon, hopefully a bit sooner. I was quite suprised and very happy with this. Mark arrived around 1130 am and went to work to find the clog. He had to snake the drain for quite some distance. Nothing was holding up the snake so he went to find the area in the pipes going down into the basement. The poor guy got quite an unwelcome and nasty shower of clog and water when he had to cut the drain pipe. Mark did an excellent job of finding the problem, fixing it, and cleaning everything up. I am quite pleased at the professionalism, quality of work, prompt response and overall experience with technician Mark and the entire Jim Meyers Staff. THANKS!!! Definitely recommend and will use again.

He came out. I told him I think I have minor roots and he snaked the drain. He mentioned he could do camera work if we needed it for about 200 or so more dollars. I said its not necessary and he was on his way. Overall very good experience as there was no pressure and it went smoothly.

He showed up and did the work very well. The price was right and there were no surprises on the bill. He came when had to and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He installed the fixtures for the Jacuzzi and got it working perfectly. I would recommend these guys for their great work. I liked the price that they charged because it was fair.
