Description of Work: Replaced a water pressure regulator for my outdoor sprinkling sytem. Plumber arrived as scheduled with necessary parts and comleted job in a timely fashion for the price qouted with one exception. A $19.95 service charge was added to the quoted price of $220 installed. I did not question the difference at the time.
