The house was constantly behind schedule. We had to postpone moving 3 times because of it. Overall I do have to say in spite ot the lack of communication, the delays, and two rooms in the house being 2 feet smaller than what they should have been he did build a nice house. All I want fixed now is the landscaping issues that were created by him.
Description of Work: Joe Darabant (builder) installed drainage on my property but did not complete it. French drain in the back has settled about foot, french drain from neighbor's yard drains onto my property this was to be piped to storm drain but was never done. Roof overflow pit was made too small so when it rains water shoots out of pit through pipes and has washed away parts of my front yard. The way neighbors property and my property was excavated has created a big wash away of some of my front yard. I was told multiple times that these issuse would be corrected and they never were.

I am not the contractor they signed. A contract with, it was the Richland Properties. I was the supervisor on the job. Richland Properties told me what to do. The Members know who they signed a contract with and know who they should contact. Ask the Members if they have a warranty issue who would they call. Richland Properties. Joe Darabant has not signed a contract with the Members. The Members signed a contract with Richland Properties to build there house, I only was running the job. The Members new they should go thru Richland Properties for any contract questions. This storm Drain system that was I can recall never A contract item, this was to try to releave a problem of a considerable amount of water running off of there Lot, In reality they should have had to pay for this, The contractor Richland Properties was doing it on there own with the help of the Township. Customer statement of the problem The job is getting completed by the contractor (Richland Properties) The Members new at the last and final meeting between myself, Richland Properties, and Them I was not to be involve with any problems or warrenty issues. The Members released me from the punch list I completed for the house and also Richland Properties Did so also. Desired Settlement The Members did not sign a contract with my company to build there house they did so with Richland Properties so why would I the so called for men on the job refund money to the Members, they should be talking to the Contractor on record. My Comments I do not appreciate my name being turned into the BBB on a subject the Members new I was not responsible. On, I could only do what I was told to do. I tried my best to build the Members a house like I was building it for my own company and I know the Members know that, they should be taking there frustrations out on the contractor they signed a contract to build there house for. They are bad mouthing my name to the BBB and people they talk to in the plan and I want that to stop.
