Barto, took over the company in the late 1960’s. To balance out the seasonality of the oil business, the company began servicing inground pools and Barto Pool Service was born in 1970. As hot tubs made their way east from California, Barto Pools became one of the earliest hot tub or spa dealers in the area. Lied to about services provided, did not setup pool properly risking significant damage and lied to both my wife and I about a service call. Was literally told parts were replaced and in the same sentence kept old parts in heater and need to order new parts?! Called manager and stated I’m done."
