Greg's Cleaning

We were pleased with the results. Greg was able to clean the carpet from where the carpet was soaked from the toilet overflowing. Greg was able to get the carpet clean again.

I called Greg to set appointment and left a message requesting service. He called back in the early evening and we set an appointment for approximately two weeks later, as well as a and quot;ball parkand quot; estimate for service which was two rooms and stairs/hallway free. Greg called the evening before the appointment to confirm. On the date of appointment he arrived on time and was very pleasant. He first asked to see the rooms/work we had discussed on the phone and if there were any specific concerns we wanted addressed. My wife and I showed him the rooms, stairs and hallway we wanted done and a couple of problem areas that we wanted addressed. He got right to work with vacuuming, moving furniture and treating the tough spots. The cleanser he used was nearly dry by the time he left! The carpets looked great and smelled clean, not like chemicals. Furniture was returned to their original position(s). He had a bill ready for us when he was done and it was less than the quoted price! We have paid hundreds of dollars more for Stanley Steamer carpet cleaners (National brand) and other (local) carpet cleaning companies and Greg did a better job for much, much less!! Those other companies charge extra for spot treatment on stains, etc. driving up the originally quoted price, which because of them I expected from Greg. I was happily proven that was not the case with Greg!!! To recap, Greg was: On time, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and as we all like, a GREAT value for service!! We couldn't be happier with his service and will use him again and again and recommend him to all we know who are looking to have their carpets cleaned!!

It was great! Greg has been in the business for a long time. He was very timely in return calls and provided great service. His prices are very reasonable for the amount he cleaned. I would definitely use his services again.

Very well and ndash; I will have him do the carpet in our house in the future. We were very happy with what he had done.
