+ -1 moreTerry had thought what might be the issue on his way up. He went up on my roof and shoveled out around the vent and I hit the start button and it started to run and all is working great. I asked him what I owed & he said he would figure it out & send it out. It was dark when he got here and he never hesitated to head up on the roof. We are so grateful to have his company as our oil supply company. They also give discount for cash. We are blessed to be their customer. They have never left me down. Give them a try. You won't be sorry!
Description of Work: I have gotten oil from Oakes and they have also serviced my furnace. We had aprox 21" of snow on Tuesday, 3/14/17. It started getting cool in the house. I checked the thermostat and it showed 64 degrees. I called Terry Oakes and told him what was going on so he told me that he & his son would dig out their vehicle & come up. (Aprox 25 miles).
