I was so impressed with how clean the carpets turned out! Tim and his helper did a fabulous job of cleaning our carpets. We had multiple rooms, a long hall and stairs, and everything looks so so good! Tim took time to answer my questions and was very conscientious in making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He was also willing to accommodate my schedule, which I really appreciated! His helper was also very respectful. I would highly recommend Alba Steamer and Tim. You won’t be disappointed!

The crew that came to our office were friendly, professional and very respectful. They knew there job and the did it extremely well. The carpets were immaculate. They left everything clean and in order.

What impressed me most was that they were very courteous, proactive, able to spot out areas that needed attention even when I didn’t know. I will use them again, matter of fact I told him so.

I've been using Alba Steamer/Tim for about 17yrs. I had 3 bedrooms done and an area rug. They are turned out fantastic looking brand new. Tim is such a nice guy, very professional, punctual and kind. I didn't realize my water was off for the winter and he took the time to help me find the valve in the basement to turn on and off the water. He definitely takes pride in his work as he has you inspect everything for satisfaction when he is done. He the best and I will continue to use his for all my cleaning needs. Everything went fantastic! Tim and his assistant arrived early ( very impressive- have a thing about lateness). They were polite, friendly and professional. He asked to take a look at the areas to be cleaned, brought in his equipment and immediately got to work. My carpet never looked and smelled better. The job was completed in about an hour. The carpet cleaning services provided by Alba Cleaning went well! Miraculously, they removed several stains from my carpet after hosting a large family Thanksgiving gathering, after spilling makeup and getting dirt from wet soil from the carpet. The price was reasonable, they were professional and quite efficient. I will keep them as part of my annual cleaning moving forward.

They’re phenomenal! We used to have Stanley Steamer do our house for years, they would give us excuses about certain stains that would never come up, and they came in and cleaned up what they couldn’t! They’ve done my sisters house and our house for two years now and won’t be using anyone else.
