Good quality and very professional

They are very neat and clean. They clean up after themselves basically what I said in the other review. I would use them again in the future. The only issue was that they didn't come back to finish the job yet so I am still waiting for them to finish. We had one more test to do and it hasn't been done and of course now it is winter I am sure it won't be done so I will have to give them a call to remind them so that it is an issue and waiting to be finished.

My reaching out to Jeff Steirer, the company owner, resulted in a prompt response. It was soon obvious that he was a focused, genuine and passionate owner of a very well run business. Our first visit was a sit down meeting in which my wife and I described our dream vision of all we would love to do with the space. Jeff was clearly enthusiastic to hear what we wanted, i.e. a comforting nature/wildlife oriented environment. He created a blue-print within a few days which he presented at another meeting, reviewing in detail all of the proposed plants and trees and their characteristics, and his thoughts as to why he considered them. In the end except for a few personal choices, we went along with his suggestions, and we were totally pleased. Jeff's business approach is to stay on the project until complete, and to not bounce from one job to another. He was often there personally working alongside his guys. His team, as described on his website were all great guys who were focused, hardworking, and very well mannered, who each day left the job site immaculately cleaned up. They were very mindful of avoiding damage in any way to the property as they worked, even daily laying down large sections of plywood to provide a path for the heavier equipment, then taking them up at end of day to avoid compressing the lawn. We had chosen a few very large trees that were impressively transported in and installed, which produced an immediate sense of a new environment taking hold. Then as the border plantings were created, everything came into place. The patio that they installed was beautiful. I was impressed by the amount of preparation before installing it, it took several days of prep before the paver stones were then skillfully laid in place. Great workmanship! As the business name states, we received a lovely "artistically designed" transformation of our backyard. I can't say enough about the quality, value, professionalism and customer service of the company. Top notch!

The entire process was great! From the moment we met Jeff Steirer, he was professional and very attentive to our wants and wishes. He provided a basic design which included pictures of the plants proposed. He was very flexible to our suggestions, and kindly offered advice on what would and wouldn't work on our property and came up with a design that fulfilled our vision. After the first day on site (aka demo day), the crew was surprisingly efficient and neat. There was nothing out of place in our yard... they should consider changing the name of the company to Artistics "NEAT"scapes! We were amazed on how quickly they worked. The entire project took 2 days to complete. The yard looks fabulous and we couldn't be happier!

I have no concerns or reservations about using this company. After I called for estimate they were very prompt with the estimate and when accepted gave me a date reasonable to do the work. Everyone on site was very friendly yet very diligent about doing their work. Clean up was good and they left the yard looking better than when they came. We will be callikng tghem again this lear for some more landscaping to be done.

Jeff and his team are great! They were here on time and very respectful of our desires, the job and the property in their work to transform our yard. The weather was hot (90's) and they worked continually for two days. His crew was industrious, professional and provided information and updates on the progress and next steps. They hauled away excess soil and debris, and cleaned up everything at the end of each day and the finished job. One of the team returned a couple of days later to install some accessories. The plan was good, price was fair and the work expertly done. I plan to use them to help maintain what they've planted. Great team to work with.

Jeff was easy to work with, punctual, very professional, and the work was done on time at estimate given. I have recommended Artistic TreeScapes, LLC to others who may be looking to have trimming and/or landscaping work done and intend to use them again this year for all of my landscaping work.

Work was completed in a week. Very professional workers. Beds all mulched and total clean up..we are very satisfied...would use then again. In 2013 they landscaped our entire front of our house. Great person to work with.

Great Experience, Jeff and his Team expanded the old landscaping and replaced the majority of trees and bushes. He listened well to what we wanted to accomplished and provided options to meet our budget for this project. He personally picked the stones and accent trees and shrubs. We were pleased with his follow-up as well. We will hire Jeff and Artistic TreeScapes again.

I learned something about thinning trees from watching him and asking some questions. He was very helpful! He did a really great job with our weeping cherry tree. It had gotten tall and scary, but he trimmed it and it?s amazing to see the difference. It?s so light and airy! He reused some of the things I wanted to keep. I really, really liked what he did. It was a very fair price for what he did. He wasn?t cheap, but his work was high quality and well worth it. He used stones in his work and did a beautiful job. My husband and I were very pleased with what he did and we would recommend him to anybody! Update 3/2/15: Jeff Steirer has told us he is no longer with his business partner and has branched off into his own business, "Artistic TreeScapes LLC".
