garbage collection
 + -1 moreWe used hem for several years. However this summer we had a major problem. We were unable to get them to collect our garbage for five weeks. It took repeated calls and the response time was unacceptable. We had to contract with another provider.
Description of Work: The company was hired as our trash collector.

 + -1 moreHasn't picked up our garbage in 2 weeks. Payments are up to date plus a generous tip! Called last week, guaranteed pickup...nope. Called this week, guaranteed pickup....nope, still sitting out there! Really fed up with these guys!

Description of Work: Mid summer, they did not pick up for three weeks. Their reason "The truck was broken" Hmm... Did they pay their workers anyway? (I doubt.) Did they save hundreds of dollars worth of diesel fuel? (I'm sure.) Did they have a repair bill? (Who knows...) Did they come out ahead in this "sabbatical" (Probably). I asked for three weeks credit on my 2015 bill. No response. I'll not use them this year.
