They also spotted other issues that may come about with termite and ant infestations. Lynn and Stephen were outstanding on all aspects of their industry. I would highly recommend them. 100% recommend So experiencedly I have eastern yellow jackets nest like six layers nest in basement insulation. Wasp is flying in basement nest removed and seal the hole in siding so no more bees in the basement also inspected entrance trees have bees flying around check for the nest. Love that guy Steve and Mary so kind and feel like I am dealing with my neighbor or family member go beyond and finish the task.

Waking up on a Sunday morning to yellow jackets on my face...ugh! They had eaten a hole through the ceiling and were squeezing through into the house. After calling around we finally found someone kind enough to come out on a Sunday. By noon the hive and bees were gone. They didn't overcharge us for coming on a Sunday. We couldn't be more pleased!

Highly recommend! Great customer service and reasonable costs. I am a new homeowner and didn t know much about pest control. So when I moved into a wooded area, we had a ton of big spiders around our front door and throughout the house. I looked up What s Bugging You on Home Advisor and received a call and a quote very quickly - we were able to schedule an appt right away. The service works very well - we have little to no spiders or bugs, or they are dead if I do see them. Stephen is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. We have regular appts but if I need additional service, he makes time right away. For the summer, we added on the flea, tick and mosquito service - also because we just got a puppy. Overall, a great value and makes me feel more comfortable in my home.
