I hired this company for a termite inspection on a real estate transaction. He found termite activity and was very professional and informative during the inspection. Unfortunately I never received the inspection report. I called and was told I would have the report in 24 hoiurs and didn't get it. I emailed and requested the report and still haven't received it. Termite reports are very time sensitive for real estate transactions. If they are' vompleted in a timely manner it could seriously affect the transaction. I'll have to spend the holiday looking for another service and now will rushed to get an inspection in time.

Steve was prompt, courteous, and professional. He evaluated my situation and provided the service I needed to get rid of a carpenter bee problem. I also needed him to address an ant problem and he took care of that problem as well. I will keep him and his pest control service on my speed dial for future reference.

We rescheduled from 10:00 AM to 2:00. He was late slightly. He did the inspection and completed the solving of the problem in a professional manner.
