I had rodent issues in the house and contacted Steve. He came out pretty quickly to look at the problem and design a plan. It took him some time to come out to do the treatments and set the traps. Steve was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He did the work very quickly. However, follow through is not the best. He was supposed to come back in two weeks to check the baits and retreat etc. He hasn't yet come back despite my messages to remind him. Otherwise, a great guy and very thorough.

He is very honest. He spent an hour trying to resolve our problem. At the end, he was unable to solve the problem but he did his best and didn't charge us. My best advice is that when making an initial evaluation, it's best if he come in daylight.

When I told Stephen that I had a huge bee hive, which turned out to be Wasps, and that I had dogs, he came out the next day, "SUNDAY!" at no extra charge. His work and clean up was excellent. Ironically his was the cheapest quote, but I am sure the best work was achieved . He was very thorough. His card is in my address book. Very few make it into THE BOOK.

I was very impressed. I work as a Realtor and see a number of contractors. Very few get my wholehearted recommendation. This one does!

So far so good! I Haven't seen a mouse since he has been here, but only a week since he started treatment. Will have more to say after second visit. Hoping and praying he has solved my problem. 🙏

Very knowledgable, informative and thorough worker. Stephen even found colonies of carpenter ants not known about. He was very careful spraying due to pets and ponds. Would strongly recommend to future clients. Time schedule was off due to travel time and distance between jobs but it all worked out. Stephen appears to enjoy his work!

Best of all, Stephen eradicated the yellow jackets who had invaded my home. Impressively he phoned to come a day earlier than the online schedule permitted. I was so grateful after a day and night of being afraid in my home of these creatures, some of whom were quite angry. Then beyond all that, at my request, Stephen spoke to a representative of our property management company to explain situation and get approval to work on common area where the nest was located. And being a good sport, Stephen allowed me to photograph him in his bee suit! What could make a stressful situation a little fun . . . having your very own photo of a man in a bee suit!
