After the first two applications, the problem seems under control. I will not know for sure for about 3 months after the next and last application. Ask me then. So far, so good.

The technician was very thorough and very informative.

Was here within a couple of hours on a Saturday evening. Treated the area and came back for a followup. Haven't seen a bug since initial treatment. Respectful, professional, curteious and fair priced. Would use again and highly reccomend. Great job.

Willing to come out on Christmas Eve for bedbug scare. Thankfully there were no bedbugs so we were able to have our family for dinner. He wrote report which we needed to have a bed delivered.

He was very knowledgeable about pests. He spent a lot of time inspecting on the initial visit to ensure all areas were covered. Have not seen any evidence of pests/rodents since his first treatment.

Quickly removed a bee hive

I wrote a glowing review when Stephen first installed the termite traps on our property. The problem is that he never showed up to check the bait, didn't return phone calls and didn't do what he promised. He told me he would inspect the traps and the bait every 3 months, and it has been almost a year and he hasn't been here.

I called HomeAdvisor and an hour later Stephen was there; another hour later the job was done. Have to wait a fews to see how it works. I am optimistic that I should have good results

they are completely honest. I wasnt there to witness and they called me to let me know their findings before doing anything. Again great honest business

CAME ON TIME PRETTY MUCH- TASK WAS MORE DIFFICULT AS SERVICEMAN DID NOT HAVE AN EXTENSION LADDER WITH HIM BECAUSE HE WAS BORROWING HIS WIFE'S SMALLER CAR (HIS VAN WAS BEING REPAIRED)-HORNETS NEST WAS REMOVED

Squirrel in attic, they came out the day after I called, determined the squirrel was currently outside and sealed the nest opening. Fast and reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

"What's Bugging You? Pest Services is the "real deal "! If you have a yellow jacket problem call Stephen ! Everything he said or did for me was "right on"! Using "Home Advisor" I asked to be connected to the contractor Stephen " promptly" was there to talk to me in 5 seconds on a Sunday afternoon ! He came to my house the next day "on time"! He took care of my problem in the attic on a very hot day and did not complain! I am allergic to bees he even cared about me and insisted to keep me at a distance ! He sealed up the hole to the nest from the outside . He's very knowledgeable he told me that there will be a few loner bees over the next two days and that they would be gone then and that's exactly what happened they have disappeared! I'm writing this 1 week later and my yellow jacket problem is gone! I am a researcher trust me if you have a yellow jacket problem call Stephen !!

Did a great job. Removed a European Wasp Nest that had overtaken a butterfly house.

From the time I had my first conversation with Steve, I knew I could rely on his expertise. Steve inspected our basement and the exterior of our home for termite infestation issues. He found none and he was unambiguous in his assessment. After his inspection, Steve spent some time with me explaining the role termites play in nature and some other stuff that you don't easily find on the internet!
