The representative was not dependable. He made appointments and did not show up on 3 occasions. He made promises on first visit that he has not fulfilled. Not a reliable contractor!

What’s Bugging You’s Stephen is like the Sherlock Holme’s of exterminators. He tracked the trails of where mice and ants were entering my house and set baits and sprayed pet-safe ant killer in just the right spots. He is very very thorough and the mice already seem to be under control. Priced more reasonably than the big exterminator franchise companies and checked my house from top to bottom. If you have bugs and mice, call this company.

Steve offers superior work in his field of expertise. He offers timely correspondence for reasonable pricing. I was hesitant about a few different things, and had a reference from another company that came highly recommended but with a hefty price tag. He eased my anxiety, and was able to treat right away.

Stephen was fabulous. He did a thorough search of house, including upholstered furniture, mattresses etc. There was no evidence of any critters so we are now assuming it is an allergic reaction to something. He drove for an hour through traffic, was here 40 minutes inspecting the house, and NO CHARGE. When do you EVER get that. He was friendly, professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
