Customer stated that they came out on A Saturday on a moments notice. They worked with the flooring contractor to do a thorough inspection so that necessary elements to the re-flooring project were made at the correct time. Found problem areas that Consumers already contracted Pro hadn't. Carolyn could not say enough good things about What's Bugging You. They gave her peace of mind, were prompt, attentive, logical, understanding, and the price was not outrageous. She also stated that if she could use Whats bugging you for all of her needs for everything around the house, she would!

This was the second year in a row that Steve treated my home. We had a tough time getting rid of the fleas this year but the ants are gone.

Steve was great. He was professional and definitely takes pride in his work. I would recommend him looking for pest control.

Steve was very thorough and understood all my concerns. He was on time for both appointments. Price was reasonable.

I have never given a bad review before but feel that this time it is warranted. Steve came promptly, found no termites in house but set up bait traps outside. Knowledgable and very easy to work with. Competitively priced. After the initial visit Steve, however, said he would be back in 6 months to check traps and rebait if necessary. After 7 months I called to see when he would be checking the traps. He said he had hired a new person and after he got them up to speed, someone would be coming out within the month. No one came so I called again the next month and left a message. He never returned the call. We feel like we wasted our money. No follow up. He did not do the work he committed to do.

I was attacked be a swarm of bees yesterday that I did not know was there. I was rushed to the hospital and in bad shape. Did not know I was allergic. I looked up companies on home advisor a d within 30 minutes received a call. I explained what happened and he immediately said he could come today. He examined my whole property and the put on his suit and removed the in ground near that was about 10’inches tall. Very nice man. Great job. Said the straggler bees should be gone by tomorrow. Any problem call him and he would be back to examine and make sure they were gone for good. Great job by Steven and his company what’s bugging you services and Home advisor. Thank you

Our infestation of yellow jackets was resolved in a knowledgeable and professional manner even though two visits were required, the second at no additional cost.

Steve made the appointment in a timely manner, and he was very informative about my issue. He appears to enjoy his work, and he uses pet-friendly products!

Steve is very personal and clearly loves his work. Had him out for a mosquito spray and we also found a new nest of yellow jackets that he took care of. Because of all the rain, the mosquito spray didn't last a month, but he's coming back at no charge to re-spray. A little difficult getting a return call, but I later found out he was ill. (reason for the "4" in customer service). I definitely plan to continue using him.

Steve is not only quick to respond, he is highly experienced, clearly enjoys his work, and is quite personable. Like most, we have "pest" issues from time to time, and we intend to go back to "What's Bugging You?".

I had an immediate response to my request and had an appointment the next day. The service was explained, quick, and thorough. The technician was pleasant and helpful.

He does a great job, I've already had him out to take care of a different issue. If you need bugs taken care of, What's Bugging You is the way to go. Stephen is very friendly and is always on time.

This is the third time you have asked my opinion about this company and what they did for me. I like to cooperate in these things as a way to help others; but this becoming a bit much. Ed
