Stephen was able to help me with my garage rodent problem the next day after we connected around 5 pm right after the snowstorm. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional. He inspected the adjoining basement and examined the garage for possible entrances. After figuring out the situation he set traps and presented a game plan to remove the rodents and to prevent future intrusions. I will not hesitate to work with Stephen again!

I requested a quote on a Sunday, not really expecting a response. Not only did Steven call within minutes of the request, he was able to swing by my house to assess and take care of the situation a few hours later. He is incredibly knowledgeable and courteous and while I don't know much of anything about pest control to say otherwise, he didn't appear to be in the business of swindling me at all. If I have issues again in the future I will be calling him for sure.
