Working with Dave was a great experience. We were looking for a way to make our home more energy efficient and cut down on sun damage. Dave came out and gave us three options of window films..including a full efficiency analysis and break even estimate. We decided to go with the more expensive product based on the analysis and are thrilled with the amount we saved in both cooling and heating costs this year. In terms of installation, Dave and his crew were extremely professional, punctual and clean. I highly recommend this company!

He explained there would be additional fees because its a bigger house than he anticipated. He also cannot do any of the upstairs windows due to a slat roof.

We bought the deal that gave us a set number of windows for a set price. Of course we had many more windows and by the time we were finished it ended up costing us 5 times more. They did a great job and worked around our schedule but the price of the additional windows was just way too high and way more the the company that performed the same task the previous year.

I was totally satisfied with the service provided.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for the cleaning of 12 windows for $99. They arrived on time and assessed the job. I asked for an extra service, which they did not have the right ladder for. They were very agreeable to returning back to their shop and getting the right ladder. Arrived back in just over an hour and did a perfect job on all the windows and large ceiling fan in our den (we can't reach it) I will surely have them back again in the spring to clean all 33 windows in this house

I am extremely happy with the excellent customer service and results! The owner was very accommodating and patient as I had to reschedule our appointment several times. He was very professional and courteous as was the person who came to our home to clean our windows. I would highly recommend Sun Control Specialists to anyone who is looking for a conscientious and reliable company...and beautiful windows!

I purchased the special from Angie's List; ten windows cleaned for $99. Scheduling went well and the young man was on time on the scheduled day. Since I had to work, a retired friend was here for several hours while the work was being done, but then he had to leave as well. The young man, James, finished up and locked up. Two days later when I walked down the stairway from the second floor to the first, I saw that the window in the second story foyer had not been cleaned properly. David, the owner or manager, responded to my email and call promptly and sent James out a second time. James was very polite and apologized for miissing the dirt along the bottom of the window. The window had been replaced several months before,and the debris was likely still construction goo which was harder to remove than usual dirt. So, 30+ windows and skylights were cleaned very well, and only one needed retreatment, which they graciously did. So, the grade is an A.

Sun Control worked quickly yet did a great job and I love the results.

One worker cleaned 18 windows, 18 old type storm windows, 2 bay windows, 2 storm doors and the back door. All windows were cleaned inside and out on a 2 story house. The cleaner did a really good job and even cleaned the window sills. Curtains were taken down and furniture was moved. He left everything the way he found it. He was working over 8 hours.

Everything turned out well. The two-man crew showed on time, acted courteously, and did a good job without leaving a mess. They cleaned a large bay window and some other windows for a reasonable fee as well.

I gave them three dates that would work for me, they contacted me back with an alternate date that wouldn't work. I contacted them a couple times and they wouldn't respond for a week or so. I decided to get a refund on the deal.

I couldn't be happier. I have bad knees and can't climb a ladder, so the windows have not been washed for many years. It was so nice looking out today!

I misunderstood and thought the deal would include skylights. I did try calling the provider a week prior to purchasing the deal to ask for an estimate, but I did not receive a call back. I bought the deal thinking I wouldn't have to pay any more money, however, after communicating with the provider, I was told it would cost more than we could afford to tint all 3 skylights. Therefore, we are requesting a refund. Please let me know if you have any further questions. When I did communicate with the provider, he was kind and understood why we wanted a refund. Thank you.

After purchasing this deal, I was contacted by the provider that tinting skylights was not included in this deal. However, the provider did state it could be used if we paid an additional cost. The additional cost was substantial, and we felt it was too much for our specific job.

They did a good job. They were fast and efficient. I was pleased. They were careful. They removed, replaced, and cleaned the screens. The price was average.

We absolutely loved the work they did. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. They came right on time and they were just the best.

We did have to reschedule the initial appointment because of the rain and that was not a problem at all. There were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. They did an excellent job with the work. They were a great company to work with.
