PIETSCH LANDSCAPING

Mark and his crew are extremely conscientious. Not only did he plow my driveway, but he cleared as much of my hardscape as he could to enable me to turn my car around so I wouldn't have to back out into the street. He also cleared a path to my doorway, so I didn't have to shovel myself out of the house. I have used his services extensively and have always found him thoughtful, professional, honest, and reliable.

He said he would send us a detailed quote in a week to 10 days and then we never heard from him again. It was disappointing since he really seemed to know his stuff.

Mark Pietsch was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I got his name from Angie's List, called and he responded promptly. He then, also promptly, came out to survey the work. I was seeking an estimate in order to both repair a horrendous installation job from another company and also to have a cost to seek compensation from the other company to correct its work. Though I had every intent to have the work repaired, I nonetheless offered to pay Mark for his time and his estimate. He declined any payment. I felt Mark's estimate was more than reasonable. I used Mark's estimate in negotiations with the other company and then called Mark to do the job. Mark set a date and stuck to it. His work was completed exactly as he said and the end result is excellent.

Mark has been doing various basic landscaping projects for me for the last 6 years. I asked him for a quote on the hardscaping job with and without pavers. In the end, after checking Angie's List for similar work, I went with Mark's quote for the pavers. Mark brought over a contract, which we discussed in detail, helped me decide on colors, size, etc., and kept me informed throughout the work. Saturday night was the first time I have been able to drive forward out of my driveway without having backed in first. The work was done exactly as quoted. Mark and his crew are meticulous; they do every detail as though it were their own home, and they clean up and sweep up afterward. They even returned a small bench I had had in the planting bed, and used some alternate pavers I had so that its legs wouldn't dig into the newly poured, sprayed, and mulched planting bed. I am ecstatic with the results.

They were extremely efficient and really minded the yard and made sure everything was cleaned up really well. I am going to have them back to do some more landscaping now that this has been sufficiently cleared away.

The job was fitted into the schedule earlier than expected, the crew was on time and very professional. They did a great job in the time expected, cost within estimate.

MARK PIETSCH CAME OUT TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON A STONE WALL AND STEPS PROJECT. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. HE REALLY SEEMS TO KNOW HIS STUFF. I LIKED HIM A LOT BUT HIS PRICE WAS TOO HIGH SO WE WENT WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
