Description of Work: Based on reviews I phoned him for a consult. He called me back next day at night. We scheduled a time three days later for him to come out and give a quote. Guess what --- he was a no show. Not even a call saying he couldn't make it. Contractors with no regard for clients time really annoy me. If you don't mind wasting your time then call him. If not then look elsewhere.

Description of Work: Phil came promptly to the appointment for the estimate and provided a written estimate at a fair price. However we calling back to make a firm date for the services, I could never connect with him. I left 5 messages asking to be called at work number, but he repeatedly called home number. this was unusual behavior for an interested customer trying to give him business. Eventually I gave up.
