Very Good Cleaning service.

They were excellent in getting in contact; scheduling the work; and arrived on-time. Workmen were friendly; worked at a good pace and performed their work adequately. I was disappointed in that they did not move items such as beds to get better access to clean under them (as other companies have done for me in the past). There was one section of the carpet that was stained from some damage before my renting the unit. There was no discussion about what, if anything, could be done to correct that section of carpet.

This company seems to take pride in their work. They were prompt, professional, and diligent.

It was very easy to set up a timely and convenient appointment. They called the day before to confirm the appointment. Ed, the owner, arrived on time. He was very friendly, professional, and explained his carpet cleaning process and how he was going to work. His truck and equipment were very impressive. He worked very quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the carpet cleaning was excellent. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The owner and his assistant came when they said they would and worked hard and fast. They were very professional and polite and friendly. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

ED (THE OWNER) WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN 1ST SCHEDULING THE APPT. HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME. AFTER SHOWING HIM EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED, & THE PROBLEM AREAS (CAT STAINS-& 2 LITTLE KIDS) HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WOULD DO & WHAT TO EXPECT. HE ENDED UP USING A DEODORIZER ON THE WHOLE HOUSE (NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE). HE WAS AGAIN VERY PROFESSIONAL & PERSONABLE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK. HE ENDED UP CLEANING 2 ADDITIONAL RUGS FOR ME AT NO CHARGE.

HE WAS ON TIME, FRIENDLY, COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THERE WERE A FEW SPOTS STILL LEFT ON RUG THAT I NOTICED THE NEXT DAY. I'M SURE HE WOULD HAVE COME OUT TO FIX THEM HAD I JUST CALLED ABOUT THEM.

FIRST CONTACT WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL, SCHEDULED WORK TO BE DONE 3 DAYS AFTER FIRST CONTACT. THEY ARRIVED AN HOUR EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED(THEY TOLD ME THIS COULD HAPPEN SO I WAS HOME). TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, NICE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. THEY DO A GREAT JOB ON THE CARPETS.

THE CLEANERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB WITHOUT LINGERING. TWO DAYS LATER,I NOTICED A COUPLE OF SPOTS THAT DID NOT COME UP. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY OFFERED TO COME BACK AND TRY THE SPOTS AGAIN. THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY, RETREATED AND CLEANED THE AREAS AND DID NOT CHARGE US. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE AS WELL AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
