This is the second job that I've hired Ed and his company to install drywall. They did a fantastic job on our living rooms vaulted ceiling and the kitchen turned out excellent also. True professionals. Ed bid the job, scheduled it and completed as agreed. The lead installer Eric was on time, very personable and extremely neat considering both jobs were completed while our family was living around them during construction. Thanks .

Ed contract Ed with us for 4 double closet door installation. The contractor he sent was one of the best contractors I have had do work in my home. Great work, very clean, very hard working. I don’t think he took a break all day! Workmanship is excellent. Ed’s communication through the project was prompt and work was performed on schedule.

It went very well. The crew did a great job & they were very thorough. They always cleaned up after and worked very hard. They were a great crew. They nice people.

Marlon, the painter did a superb job. He was quiet and respectful. Did anything I asked of him great prep and paint job. I recommend him and Ed Wolf. He definitely deserves a raise.

The repair work went well. The flooring installation was quick and efficient. The Wolf home renovation team and owner were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to have new floors installed.

Replaced light fixtures and switches. Added GFCI. Eric and Travis were on time and did super work.

The most unprofessional contractor I have ever met. He stated he could do the job and be finished on time and that did not happen. I had to call him because I did not hear from him the day he was supposed to start. The workers do not show up when they say, leave in middle of the day for hours. Always an excuse but still did not do the job as agreed. He charged for a more expensive paint but then switched paint to something else, carpet is not the best added to the fact the padding is uneven. When taking out old carpet did not remove the staples or even knock them into the floor. The one carpet isn’t even fully padded. The stairs and top floor has the carpet tracks not covered so you are constantly stabbing your feet with the sharp tact’s. The painting was supposed to be done professionally but there are mistakes all over. The doors need at least one more coat on some, bathroom paint is not good with moisture. Paint was all over light fixtures. They broke parts of blinds and internal parts to door knobs and never said anything. Talking with Ed he admitted to being short staff and that one of the people working on the job normally just collects the trash instead on my job he is laying the padding and carpet unsupervised. Now I need to find someone to come and fix his mistakes. Carpeting is bumpy, uneven, and not what was promised. And since I know Ed is going to comment about this, yes he stated he would have his crew come back in to fix mistakes but I am never letting those people back in my house. And I’d you are smart you will never ever hire this man. 24 years of horror. Read all of the reviews I am not the only one who has the same opinion. Don’t waste your money on this smooth talking “contractor” he gives all other contractors bad names.

I worked with Edwin S Wolf Home Renovations over the course of 6 years on the upgrade and renovation of my home in preparation for its sale. Overall, Edwin delivered excellent workmanship from his employees on a wide variety of projects, including bathroom and kitchen remodeling. There were occasional delays throughout that time, some related to COVID, and others due to scheduling issues. However, I would recommend his company for any home renovations projects that you are considering.

I’m very happy with the results of our drywall and insulation project. Ed was great to work with-professional, responsive, great communication. His crew did good work and cleaned up well afterwards, while also being friendly and professional.

Had my bathrooms remodeled and vinyl flooring installed in living room, dining room, and kitchen. I was able to pick from samples brought to my home. The tile work in one bathroom is phenomenal. I love the flooring. The workers were great, professional, and experts in their craft. Services were performed timely and efficiently. Ed worked with me financially so the work fit my budget. Glad I had the work done. Love the finished product. Wouldn’t change a thing.

The quality of the job was good and they were very pleasant. If I need anything or if I ran across something they were willing to do it.

The owner was rude on the phone. The owner was upset that I needed to discuss our conversation with my husband before moving forward. Basically he let me know I didn't want his service because I didn't hire him on the spot. The owner assumed I wasn't gonna call back. This call went left so I said have a good day and hung up.

Edwin S Wolf is a smooth talker crook. Will get you convinced he runs a traditional and honest family business, ask for large upfront sums then give the run around. Spent six months trying to get this guy to do the work, after I paid him nearly $10k upfront for labor he failed to perform and fixtures he never bought. Lies and more lies, evasive excuses, shameless. Stay away!

Edwin S. Wolf is not an honest business person. I hired him to level my basement flooring and then install vinyl tiles. Wolf neither leveled the basement subfloor nor properly installed the tile. I pleaded with Wolf for over 6 months to either re-do the job properly or provide a full refund. He was unwilling to take corrective action and refused to provide a refund. Therefore, I took him to court. Thankfully, I won the lawsuit, but the whole matter was a huge headache and waste of my time. Edwin S. Wolf is a wolf in sheep's clothing. This guy is bad news. DON'T DO IT.

This contractor took large down payments from us for two jobs in our home. They completed one which there were some problems with. Regarding The second job, which was a partial renovation of our upstairs bathroom, they never scheduled the job and never bought the materials or items we paid for and ordered through them, then refused to refund our money. They basically took over $2500.00 of our money with no work performed at all on this job. They told us multiple times they would provide a detailed cost estimate for the full job which never happened, and told us we would receive a refund check and that never happened. Unreliable, not honest or ethical, and we are very sorry we ever got involved with this business.
