Description of Work: BLB are competent in what they do however there were times that communication was a big issue. There were three to four jobs going on at the same time and sometimes it was not communicated when they were forgoing an aspect of our job for another. As far as price, BLB was fair and reasonable however sometimes change orders and up-charges weren't communicated until after they were already done. To be fair, in a couple of circumstances where this happened BLB made it right by lowering the up-charge. Overall they did a good job.
