Excellent. Windows fit perfectly. Design was according to that requested. Work was timely, in fact early. Workman were pleasant and professional. We love the windows.

It was 100% good. The price is half than everyone else. It is a good deal sign up. The punctuality was excellent.

I ordered the windows in August. They were supposed to be ready by the first of October. Due to equipment problems, they weren't ready until the first of November which is understandable. The windows are Vinyl outside and wood inside. They were perfectly made to our expectations They were delivered today and installed within 4 hours. The installers were very good. They covered the floor and furniture. They cleaned up after themselves. There only a few companies that make this type of window. The ones I looked at and priced were expensive, The price of our windows is about 1/4 the price of other windows. My wife loves the windows and the way they were installed. We are going to replace two more windows next year and are going to be made and installed by VYNEX. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for windows. I give them 5 stars.

I didn't work with them personally, since I was closing on my house at the time, but they were quick to install the windows in time for closing. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the quality of the windows. I'll be contacting them again for more windows, I'm sure.

Communication through the entire process was great. Windows are as advertised...casement-style windows that fit unusually long openings. They seem well-insulated, open easily, and are generally very solid windows. Plus, Vynex came in well under the price of a local competitor, even with the bay window that the competitor was unwilling to install for us.
