JRB Heating and Cooling

Owner called me ASAP & scheduled appointment for next day. He gave me an arrival window & was prompt. He installed a new digital programmable thermostat to replace my old mercury one. He advised it may help, but not entirely fix my problem. He advised my furnace was too large for my home to work efficiently & advised specs for a new one. He was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY EFFICIENT & took the time to answer all my questions & explain things so that I understood. I felt rates were VERY REASONABLE compared to other companies that weren't as efficient in the past. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very pleased with the very competent work performed. Price also was the best of many bids which I received. The workers cleaned up very nicely, and even helped me discard a couple of extra debris. Would highly recommend JRB Heating and Cooling.

JRB H&C was very prompt, professional, and fair. They explained my options in detail and allowed me to choose what best worked for me. They didn't nickel & dime me for small changes in the scope of the work (they had to cut into the ducts because the original installer did not use an access panel for the a-coil). They made efforts to minimize their impact on the house by wearing cotton shoe coverings, cleaning up everything upon completion, and avoiding my other project areas (I was painting baseboards while they worked). Additionally, they checked the CO levels the furnace expelled and left me with options to consider for the future.

They came quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave me options - all at a very fair price. Also on a Saturday!
