Apparently this company is no longer in business. When I called, I received a recording that the number was no longer in service.

I can't address any aspect of Casey's repair service as I didn't use him, and here's why: I was referred to Mr. Casey by the proprietor of Lemco. I called Friday afternoon (about 4pm), got an answering machine and left a message. I called Saturday, to give him another shot before calling another repairman, and left a message. To-date (8/31/15) he hasn't called. He well could be an excellent repairman, I'll just never know.

I called Bob and he answered, this is a great and amazing feat in these days of constantly having to leave voicemail. I described the problem with the side by side refrigerator/freezer on a Thursday or Friday. He was not available until the following week so we arranged for me to call him back on the next Tuesday. I did so and he was promptly at my house the next day. He spent some time investigating the root of the problem and discovered that it had nothing to do with the refrigerator/freezer itself, the cold water line supplying the automatic ice maker had become clogged. He did not have the parts to fix this, but would the next day. He arrived as scheduled the next day and made the fix. The refrigerator/freezer has been fine since. I 'dinged' him in the "punctuality" score for the several delays in handling the problem. But I appreciate his openness about scheduling when it would really happen instead of just telling me what I would have wanted to hear. I love working with Bob. He is friendly, boisterous and totally competent at what he does. He took the time to get to the root of the problem. I feel like I got what I paid for both for the standard service fee to assess and diagnose the problem and for the actual work to fix it.

Things went well. As I mentioned above dishwasher issue turned out to be a temporary fix. Mr. Casey did not dig deep into issue. Had to call another repairman a couple of months later to receive a good repair.

I called Bob on a Thursday evening concerning my washing machine. My call was returned the following Monday. He came out the next day (Tuesday), said he'd call the next day (Wednesday) w/ estimate for repair. No call. I called him Thursday and got voicemail. When he called back later that day he told me my best bet would be to buy a new washer, due to the cost of the parts and installation. The next week I had a problem with my dryer. I called Bob again and he never returned the call.

While here, he mentioned that he'd heard he'd been highly rated on Angie's List but didn't know what Angie's List was. I'm glad to see he's still highly rated. That was nice to know.

Bob was back in touch with me the same day I left him a message. We agreed on a time the following day. He was here in the window we'd picked. He had the part he needed and had the washer repaired very quickly. He is very friendly and gets the work done fast.

My washer quit working on Sunday 09-20-09. I called and left a message. Bob called Monday morning, made an appt for Monday afternoon, after I got out of work. He came on time, determined the problem and repaired the washer. I was using it last night. Great work.

He was good, competent and experienced in his field.

The oven on my ancient, but beloved range was not working, and my dryer stopped heating the same week! I called Bob, and he came by as scheduled to inspect the situation (on a Saturday). The part for the oven (radiant tube) was no longer available, but he adapted a different part to fit and it works! He repaired the dryer by replacing the heating element. When I said that last Winter cold air came in through the dryer vent. He inspected the vent and found that the trap-door was stuck open. He then cleaned it and the vent pipe, as well as vacuuming under the dryer. This is the second time I called Bob to repair an appliance. He is both highly professional and a delightful person.

They came out in a very timely manner after our original phone call. They professional and appeared to be very competent. They knew what they were doing, found the problem and were able to get it repaired quickly. They were on-time and worked efficiently. The price was very fair I believe and comparable to other companies in this area. They charged me just under $50 for the service call.

Called several times. Never got a call back.

He was prompt and did a good job. He is always my first choice for repair work.

Mr. Casey was very accommodating as to my schedule for coming to the house. He even said that he would come after 5:00pm. Once Mr. Casey reviewed the issue, he determined that it was the valve and it had a small leak. He suggested to have it rebuilt and brought it back in 2 days. Everything works perfectly!

He was prompt and polite. I would call him again if I had a problem with any appliance.

My washer stopped working after I tried to wash an oversize comforter. When I called, Bob first tried to help me troubleshoot the problem before he came over (to save me a service call). I expected to wait for at least a day, but he said he was in Sq. Hill and would stop by on his way back. He was there in less than half an hour. After making several adjustments, he tried the washer several times to assure that it was in working order.

(JOB 1)Mr Casey arrived within one hour of speaking with him. He was very polite and efficient. The problem he corrected (jammed dryer tub) was not as serious as the problem we anticipated (a broken dryer belt). The $42.95 might seem expensive for the minimal work he actually had to do, but as my father said, you pay a professional for what they know, not what they do. (JOB 2) The process went very smoothly with Mr Casey. The delivery and installation of both a washer and dryer was scheduled with another company, but when the delivery was made, we learned the delivery men were not qualified to deal with gas dryer removals and installations. The delivery was on a Saturday, and although Mr Casey could not show up on that Saturday, he did arrive on Monday. After the installation, he hauled the old dryer out to the garage.

My washer did not work. I called Casey's. (Had to call twice, by the way) He had to order a pressure switch, which took four days because none of the local suppliers had one in stock. Other than that, the work was done fast.

Returned phone call promptly, arrived within one hour. Friendly, professional person who clearly knows what he's doing.

This was a very positive experience. I got a call back within 48 hours and had a service call scheduled for the next day - after regular working hours. He showed up on time and was very pleasant and helpful. He explained what he was doing and gave me other tips for keeping the dryer in good working order.

I thought he was very good, very nice, and he showed up very quickly. After my call he was here in no time.

Bob was prompt and very friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the replace part in his truck. I would definitely call on him again.
