Description of Work: I had to replace a new liner for my in ground pool. Order during their customer appreciation day saved 50%. They told me when I purchased it would not be installed until August which I was fine with and they were there when promised. It took them about 4 or 5 hrs.. the guys that came were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely would use again.

Description of Work: I had my pool liner replaced and had a new pump and filter installed. They were prompt and polite and worked hard. |It was only when I was closing the pool that I noticed that there are several places under the new liner that are somewhat sharp, where I think they had patched the mortar. I didn't have a chance to have them come out to inspect the problem because I was having the pool closed the same day. I hope they will give it a good inspection and fix any problems they think these sharp areas might cause next spring when I open the pool. So far, there is not any problem since the new liner was installed. |Time will tell.

 + 0 moreBIG DO - Know the electrical needed for a swimming pool is very important and hire the right person. BIG DON'T - Unless you are licensed for electrical and know what you're doing this is not a do it yourself project because of the water. DO - Listen to the men installing the pool they know what they are doing - they look very young, but they have 10 or more years of experience with pool installations. DO - Ask questions - no question is stupid - especially if you are a first time pool owner.
Description of Work: This was one of Westmoreland Pools first ventures into Beaver County. We started working with Westmoreland in March 2011 to install an onground swimming pool. The sales staff was more than helpful and fast with responses to questions. Due to weather and a house roof installation the pool installation got pushed out, but once it started it was about 5 days from start to water fill - this included excavation, installation & electrical work. Westmoreland helped us with recommendations for electrical & water suppliers as well - both at good prices and good work The pool is spectacular and I have already recommended Westmoreland to two people at work and they are doing another pool right down the street from us this week. The installation team was just wonderful (both my husband & I were around each day so we watched what was going on) - The team lead was extremely particular and exact about the installation. We had a couple of minor 'new pool' issues and each time the the service department got back to us immediately, even coming out to the site to check a problem within 1 day. Even with the hour drive we will use Westmoreland for our supplies because they are so reliable and we are happy with the service and the people.

 + 0 moreI'm holding off on my decision. They were knowledgeable. After speaking with several pool companies, their salesperson certainly knew and understood what he was talking about. There wasn't any movement on price and I had some questions about what I was being charged. I didn't get that far with them and if I had, I would have investigated a little further. They seemed more rigid. I am still considering them.
