V Squared Cleaning Services LLP

I was contacted by Kim as a referral from my current cleaning person who was closing the company. Kim contacted me immediately and we agreed on a date and time which was supposed to be today, 10/8 at noon. She was a no show. When I texted her she claims that the street was blocked and did not even allow local traffic. I am not sure how true or not true but our street is never closed to local traffic and my appointment was for noon. I am the one who texted her at 5p. We texted back and forth and she said maybe I can squeeze you in on Wednesday. I said just forget it. I need somebody reliable. Her comment back was "Perhaps I should have driven onver the cones and road closure sign!". Very unprofessional and rude.

My big house hadn't been cleaned in over a year, and needed a good thorough deep clean and then regular service. They called back quickly and arranged a date. When traffic and weather were bad they called immediately to let me know they would be a little late. Four people arrived and did a very efficient and thorough job at the entire house. They were friendly and polite in the process. Cost was appropriate to the work done. I haven't yet heard from them about a regular return schedule, but they warned me it might take a little while.

Became very defensive and unprofessional when work done was ever questioned.

Very well. Due to significant health issues, it has been difficult for me to keep up with housework. Along with 3 dogs worth of shedded hair, there was lots of dust and dirt. Kim, Jeff, Sherry, and Beth arrived and got right to work. They had solutions for cleaning issues I was not aware were possible! They were at my home longer than we thought, and the price was as stated and certainly reasonable. My husband and I are considering a recurrent service! It looks like I have a new stove!

Kim and Jeff and their team are fantastic! They do a thorough job cleaning and are very time-efficient. We liked that Kim even researched the best products to use on our marble floors. We feel safe with them in our home - which is important to us. Kim and Jeff and their team take pride in their work and it shows. We've now hired them to clean for us on a regular basis.

Kim and Jeff at V-Squared saved the day! They are the best! They were the first to respond to my voicemail out of the 5 companies I found here on Angie's List. I liked their optimistic "can-do" attitude right from the getgo. They stayed in touch as promised and although they couldn't make it themselves for the cleaning they sent a great crew of 4 including their staff manager who was really nice. The crew did a terrific job. I visited a few times and found all crew members diligently cleaning, scrubbing, paying careful attention to detail, and when I encountered them they were pleasant and did not make me feel like I was getting in their way. They spent 5 hours in the house and covered practically every nook and cranny. The proof of the whole thing was when my wife entered the house after they were done and gone. Her reaction: "Now THIS is clean! This is the way I remember it." An overall great experience, I give them my highest recommendation and would hire them again without a second thought.

I sent this crew in to do a most foul job. Imagine a home lived in by male students for eight years and never cleaned. The crew initially walked out but after a renegotiated price they returned. They did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend.

I was very pleased with this company. Kim and Jeff, the owners were personable, prompt, and thorough. They brought 2 other people with them for the deep clean and I think they cleaned every corner of the house including the woodwork and blinds. The house looked and smelled wonderful. When they came this weekend for a regular cleaning they cleaned everything and did whatever extra I wanted them to do. I didn't need to feel guilty about asking them to redo something or do something else at the last minute. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm very happy with their work ethic and love coming home to a clean ( and clean smelling) house!

We hired Kim and Jeff's team about 2 months ago to help us care for our home with bi-monthly cleaning. They responded within 1 day of me contacting them for an estimate. Within the first week they were in my home to meet my family and provide the estimate. I immediately felt very comfortable with them and knew that they were the team I could trust. Kim and Jeff are always present during the cleaning job, along with a couple of other team members. They are professional and efficient. They do a fantastic job. Recently we had a scheduling conflict and they were able to work with my needs to change my cleaning date. I look forward to continuing business with them and would have no hesitation recommending them to friends!

I was quite disappointed in the false advertising of this company. They state "We provide top-quality residential cleaning service to the Westmoreland and Allegheny County areas, ranging from standard cleaning services, to deep cleaning, move-in / move-out cleaning and post construction cleaning." I live in Westmoreland County, but they stated "We do not service that area for recurring cleanings, however we can for one time cleanings." They need to adjust their statement before advertising incorrectly.

This was my first time ever using a cleaning service, and I could not have been more impressed. Kim was great on the phone and suggested a quick home visit so I could show them what I needed. On the day they came, it was non-stop cleaning, going above and beyond to work with my health issues. I will definitely use them again if they are available!

I spoke with Kimberly on the phone, she was extremely professional, and I could tell that she know her business inside out, she even gave me a good idea of how much time it would take and what it would cost. Kimberly confirmed the appointment the night before and she along with her team of three Jeff, Shannon and Chris arrived promptly at 9.00 am. They worked solidly and hard for two and a half hours - my house has never been so clean. They were honest (my number one priority) hard working, and took pride in their work. I have at last found a trust worthy team that I most certainly will use again. This is a team that will not disappoint you, and their saying, "We Clean Your Home Like It's Our Own", proved true. My mom called me afterwards and raved, not only about the great job they did, but also about how friendly, accommodating, and professional Kim and Jeff were during their service. The ultimate compliment was when mom asked me if they would come back again in the spring to freshen the place up for her.

They make me laugh by picking on me but they they give the owner a harder timer. They are fun, and do a good job.

From the very first phone conversation with Kim and Jeff, I knew it was going to be a great relationship. My standards and expectations were high - excellent work, fair price, professional, prompt, high-quality work, open communication with transparency- and I got it all. I have been using V Squared for months now, and I can assure you that they are obsessed with detail...could it be that someone focuses more on detail than me? I found them. My house smells absolutely amazing and my stress levels are more managed with my weekends free. The entire team does an excellent job. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Live your life and leave your home cleaning to Kim and Jeff.

They say that they service Westmoreland county but do not provide recurring services to Monessen which is within Westmoreland county. It would be good to be more specific as to what specific areas they service and what services they provide within that area or at the very least provide mileage radius.

Kim, Jeff and their crew were exceptional and professional. They arrived on time and was finished in time. They were very nice and trustworthy. I was here while they were cleaning, but I would feel very assured having them here cleaning while I was away from home. . I would definitely recommend them. It feels and looks so nice, all the cleaning they did. HUGE THANK YOU!

They are the best cleaning team I've ever used. The team is always on time! They have always been kind and courteous to me and my family, and they do an incredible job! My house always looks and smells so wonderful after they leave!

It took several hours to do the deep cleaning, but it looked wonderful! I have them come every month to keep up with not getting too dirty. They are so friendly. It is great to know that I can count on them to be kind to my elderly father and give him the special care he needs.
