Called Bob and left a message. He got back to me that night and the next day he came out and left an estimate. When I called him back he told me he would be out on the next cool day. He came out 5-6 days later and cleaned all the gutters around the house (we have a lot and they had not been done for a while). The price charged fell right in the middle of the estimate and he gave me a lower quote for next time stating that some of the gutters do not require cleaning every year do to their size. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves. I happened to be home that day but they would have taken care of it even if I wasn't which is nice to know because I have a fluctuating work schedule. Great Job guys!

They were exactly what I wanted. They came quickly, did the job while I was at work, bagged up the leaves, and took them with them. The price was great as well

Very responsive, gutters were clogged and had caused some damage. With more heavy rain on the way. Bob was able to squeeze me in the day I called. Did a great job and very friendly. Will now be looking for them for window cleaning..

I was very pleased with their quick response, by cell phone, and their willingness to do the job and leave a bill, meaning that I did not have to be there during the service. Their work was fast and thorough. I will definitely use them again.

I have been using him for about five years and he is excellent. I have had other window cleaners in the past and they used to just pretend to clean the windows but this guy actually cleans them. He cleans my storm door. He cleans my garage door windows, and he is very reasonable. I have 13 windows and he is under $30 for me, but that is the price I have locked into because I got him so many years ago. He may be higher now for other people but I think he is extremely reasonable. I would totally recommend him. I had probably three other window cleaners in the past before him and he is just excellent. I always write and lsquo;thank you' on the invoice. There was one time, and it was actually my fault, when I wrote on the invoice that he had forgotten to clean my garage door windows, and he sent somebody out the very next day to clean them. My husband then told me that it was his fault since he had sprayed varnit cleaner on the garage door and that was actually overspray from it on the windows, and that the windows had been cleaned. He sent somebody out and redid my windows on the garage door even though it wasn't his fault. He is just great. He is great on follow up. I would highly recommend him. I have had no problem with him. I have him every three months and he shows up, but if I am having company or something or a party and it is a holiday and I want the windows cleaned, he will actually throw that service in for me because I am a regular customer. He will come out and do it for me. He is great and I would highly recommend this guy.

They were on time and honest. They show you what they do and the price is more than reasonable. He will come out even if it is pouring rain and your gutters are blocked for extra couple of dollars.

He hasn't done any work for us yet, but he has always called us back whenever we call him and is willing to work with our schedule so that we can get the work done on our time. He is insured and showed us all of his paperwork and his policies which I found very professional.
