WORST customer service ever!!! Manager BRUCE & Owner ELLEN are rude, disrespectful, insulting & unprofessional, pool purchased (paid for) in 2020 for installation after April 2021, told to get site graded "so we don't hold up the installation", grading done mid-April 2021, still no MIKE, many many phone messages never returned, told at least six times he was coming but never showed, now mid-July, installation still not done, had to get site regraded & installed on our own w/ no help from pool company & no compensation for the aggravation they caused. They offered us chlorine in late June/early July. However we could not use it or didn't even have a pool to put it in. We just wanted our pool installed. Now that we have our pool up, with absolutely no help from King Cole, their words "the free chlorine offer is OFF the table." Their policy is we got your money, screw you! When I told Ellen that I would NEVER EVER recommend them, she told me "if they are anything like me,,,,,she doesn't want the referral" and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and unethical.

This was a horrible experience and I wish I would have never purchased this pool. Wen knew because of the virus that pools were back ordered which was fine and we were willing to wait, which we did. When the pools were back in stock, they delivered the boxes. The boxes sat on my deck for almost 11 weeks. Finally I tried to return the pool and the pool company called the installers and they finally called me to come look at my yard. They explained to me how busy they are and I understand that because I am sure they are, but when they finally showed up at my house to install after 4 reschedules or telling me they would be here and never come, they not only did not finish my pool in one day like they said they would but ended up charging us $450 more than what was quoted. We were told it would take 4 hours to install and that ended up taking 2 days. I am so very, very mad and unhappy! Do your homework before you buy!

Will not return our calls. Work not started yet. At time of deposit, agreed to mid May installation. Having otner work done and need dates to schedule second job. It is May 20 and no info on work dates after repeated calls requesting info. If my husband had not given them a deposit I would hire another company now.

I shopped around, and their prices are comparable to others. The quality of the work and their knowledge is what impresses me the most. They did a good job at personalizing the experience to me and my pool.

I had them close my above pool in the fall of 2015. For a second year in a row the pillow deflated. I called them and they came out to replace it. A month later it deflated again. I called back and they said the following: 1.) some of their products are junk!! The pool pillows are one of those products 2.) It not their fault. 3.) if you took a car back to a automobile service station a 2nd time they would tell you - "**** you" 4.) Most of above ground pools don't even use a pillow 5.) it will cost you another $50.00 on top of the 300.00 you originally spent for us to close it. I paid the 50 and had the owners call me back. She said "I never hear them swear, all above ground pools have pillows, I hope we still have your business"! Needless to say I WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE. I just put in a new pool from Valley Pools - yes they may cost a little more but like the old saying goes - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. King Cole is a 2nd rate pool sales and service store with 2nd rate employees and owners.

The project was a disaster. I relied on the expertise of a so called professional to design the pool. The lights were placed in a poor location along with the returns. These are errors that can never be changed. Water keeps collecting behind my liner. I was told to massage it out, this is "normal." The french drains were installed improperly and I'm now spending a lot of money to get this fixed.

King Cole does not repair Pentair products. The Pool and Spa in Bethel park is the local company responsible for Pentair repairs. At first Pool and Spa said they wouldn't repair it because they didn't install our pool. Then they said that they couldn't come out and look at it until mid-August! So, King Cole Pools replaced the pump for free!

We started the process on JUNE 6. It too several weeks to get the liner from the supplier, and then it too more than 3 weeks for the job to be done. There was always an excuse from the crew chief ( and quot;none of my workers showed up,and quot; and quot;we're working on a bigger job,and quot; and quot;I'll try to swing around your wayand quot;). I'm very disappointed, because when King Cole installed the pool a few years ago, we were very pleased with their work.

Our experience with them was very good. Everything actually was very good and we just didn't have any problems. They did what they said and fulfilled our expectations. When we had any problems, they came out right away and fixed them. They were very pleasant, friendly and had good customer service skills. We would highly recommend them.

King Cole Pools put our pool in so we continue to go there. In somethings they were responsive and in somethings they weren't. They would show up for work some days and some days they wouldn't, because they were installing other pools in the area. When they were here they would stay and work. Then on other days they would work on other pools. When the weather got nice they were trying to get pools in. I wouldn't have them put another pool in for me, but I will go down there to get my water checked. I would just check around other places for their price.
