Terrible Service. 1st appointment I was told he would be there between 2-6 p.m. At 5:55 p.m. I got a call saying he was not coming. 2nd apt. he did show up but did not know what the problem was. Tjat was Sat. He told me that he would call technical and call me back on Monday to let me know what they said. NEVER DID. I called him 2 times asking when he was coming to fix my ice maker. (I could not get it plugged in.) HE NEVER CALLED BACK!!!!!!!!! POOR SERVICE!!!!! He took my ice make out and did not plug it in correctly so it would work. He left some of his tools here. I told him I would leave them outside so he could get them. I left a note saying my ice maker was nOT working. He never called back!

Never showed up or returned call.

He canceled the first appointment. I had to initiate the rescheduling 4 days after initial contact. I was given a 4 hour window on the second appointment. 1/2 hour before the end of the 4 hour window he left a message. When I called back within 9 minutes of his call he did not pick up. I called 4 times with no return call. Don't waist your time.
