Description of Work: Two bedrooms, the upstairs/stairs/downstairs hallway and dining room were all patched and skim coated. Overall, the job took two days and it turned out great. Painting afterwards was very easy which was a byproduct of the quality job Ian did.

+ 0 moreIan came on time on the day we agreed on. He applied the "skim coat" layer and returned 2 days later to smooth any rough spots and he cleaned up when he was done. Very professional and I'm very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Brigham for any plaster/drywall work
Description of Work: A "skim coat" of plaster was applied to walls in kitchen and l/2 bath to achieve smooth finish that couldn't be accomplished by sanding off the years of paint layers.
