Went through everything step by step with what was wrong. Will definitely be hiring them for the job

Zoom was to come out as I had a clogged drain. I had another plumbing service out before them that said they were snaking dirt and excavation was necessary as they believed the pipe was broken. Zoom plumber made aware and stated in his professional opinion it could be fixed with the hydro jet flushing and did not believe it was the original problem diagnosed by the other plumber and did not believe excavation would be needed. After flushing and a $850.00 price I was told that it was worst case scenario and it was the original problem. They reduced the price to about $ 550.00 after I complained and said if I hired them for the larger job they would deduct the $550.00. I got a quote from Zoom for the job to excavate and replace piping which after deducting the $550.00 was still $ 1,000.00 more than the other 2 quotes I received. I called customer service to report what I felt was a bait and switch situation and nothing came of it. Down another $550.00 be careful not to be sold on a pipe dream.

Overall, the technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. In and out in 45 min to clear a stubborn drain issue. Would recommend in the future.

Marquis was amazing! He was professional and knowledgeable. The service is a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth it. Someone else did an inspection and recommended replacing the sewage pipe. But I wasn't sure that was accurate. In comes Zoom. They had every piece of equipment necessary for the job, which is part of the service fees, which I'm happy to pay for. In the end, they were clogging issues. He jetted the line and removed the clogs. It was a lot less expensive than replacing the line. He told me we will eventually need to replace it, but we'll know based on the plumbing symptoms. Thanks, Zoom - especially Marquis!

Efficient and came quickly.

We planned to redo our entire bathroom in the late summer when drains for shower and sink stopped /slowed draining. Workman spent hours replacing cracking parts for our sink drain, but ultimately, based upon 40 old pipes, determined it would be cheaper to just wait til redo is done. He did inform of this probability prior to starting work, but we had reasons for the attempt.
